Overall, the hotel was very nicely appointed, linens were crisp and clean, rooms up to date. Decor was well done. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from and very good.

We arrived in the afternoon and were looking forward to dinner in the hotel as reviews were great however the restaurant was not open and only one restaurant in the village was open but not till 8pm..

The views from this hotel are absolutely spectacular and we enjoyed having a spacious balcony room. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge choice every day and we were very grateful for the lovely packed lunches that the kitchen made on request as we were out walking most days. Torla is a delightful village and there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants a few yards from the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the cow bells as herds of cows came down the main street each morning on their way to their winter quarters!

The couple who own and run the hotel could not be nicer or more helpful. An extremely well-run, comfortable hotel in a great location. Go see the Pyrenees!

Internet could be a little bit faster, however it was not critical. Availability of power outlets requires some improvements, however it was not critical either.

Spacious room, very clean, nice decor. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very good. Ther are options to take out a picnic bag, whoch is very helpful. Owners are ready to provide any kind of info about hiking trails. Very good value for money.

We arrived on a busy weekend and unfortunately there wasn’t sufficient parking available in front of the hotel. We had to park a short distance away.

Everything was wonderful. Room was sufficiently spacious, beds and linens were comfortable, decor was appealing, soaker bathtub with toiletries and a lovely breakfast to start the day!

Anna was great! She made us feel at home, gave beautiful suggestions for hiking and interesting places and always always with a smile. During the whole stay she and her husband were really accommodating, plesant and generous. Never gave a feeling that they were in a hurry even if we sat late for dinner 🙈 Thank u for a beautiful stay and atmosphere! We are waiting to come back!

The property is full of character, very well- maintained and provides lovely Mountain Views. There is free parking for clients just in front of the hotel. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were both very good.

Room could have been bigger but was very nice and had a fabulous view, so actually I was very happy.

This is rated as a 2 star hotel, but the rooms have been recently refurbished and are of a much better quality. View was excellent with a small balcony. Parking easy at front of hotel and free, with a 5 min walk to the buses that take you to the national park and the start of the walks.
