The bed was a queen mattress balanced on a double bed frame, which meant the whole bed rocked like a boat every time anyone got in or out. It's one of the strangest setups I've ever seen.

Good location just outside of the main center, nice air conditioning, quiet despite being just next to a very active cerveceria (which is awesome, don't pass it by!), close to great restaurants, close to the Alcazar and the Cathedral, fun to watch Spanish sitcoms on the TV and try to figure out what's going on.

Although we wrote we have to stay one night shorter, it wasn ´t possible to change it. Wine glasses were missing. The kitchen equiptment was very poor. One chair was broken. There wasn ´t any possibility to sit in the terasse.

The location was perfect-in the city center. The beds were very confortable. The host was very helpful.

no lift so we had 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage. Lighting was difficult for applying makeup but that's a minor issue.

There's not a lot of privacy, because of the apartments layout so take that in consideration. Also there is a lot of stair usage so take that in consideration. And the last thing you might need earplugs, because the Cathedral is like 100m away and they like their bells, even in night + the city's tourist hussle.

Stayed here for couple of days, dropped of our cars at the airport and just chilled here, best decision ever. The house is spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. Nice view from the rooftop terrace. Great location, we liked this very much.

The shower head was broken. It was hard to wash hair & be comfortable in the shower.

There are ALOT of stairs. We are young and fit and even we found it tiring to get from the lower floors to the living area on the top floor! We knew this and it wasn’t a problem but something to be aware of. Secondly and sadly what ruined our stay was the NOISE. I chose this location as the street looked small and pedestrianised. This is no fault of the property but there is a lot of construction work and recycling/bin lorries coming in the middle of the night and early morning and it seemed constant. Maybe normal for Seville but with bedrooms onto the street it does make a difference.

Amazing location on a lovely street in the vibrate Santa Cruz area. Old town house building with so much character! Cafes and restaurants below give a great vibe and can hear guitarists and watch the world go by on the terrace

Air conditioning was not working in two rooms. They tried to fix it before we checked in, but it didn't work and there were no replies from the host.

Very nice flat, centrally located, fully furnished and new, rooms are spacious and very clean. WiFi works fine. Self check in. Comfortable beds and pillows, large showers.

There were instructions on how to use the pool but it didn’t state it took hours to warm up. It was also more of an inflatable jacuzzi. The airconditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms, in the other there was an unpleasant smell like a urinal coming out of it. There were ants everywhere to the point we had to quickly put away sweet drinks or they would be all over them.

Fridge door didn't close fully so some leakage of water A/C for the bedroom didn't work fully, which wasn't too bad with the AC downstairs compensating, only a problem on the very warm nights.

Amazing location, easily walkable to everything, and when you leave you enter straight into a lovely street with businesses straight away. Shower was lovely, all the amenities you need. Very comfortable couch and bed.

The TV is quite old and outdated. It's very slow and keeps disconnecting from the internet. Almost unusable. The lighting was also quite dim.

The location is not so central, it was about 10 minutes from cathedral on foot and the bathroom was small, not so comfortable.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a smell on the ground floor, which wasn't very nice for whoever slept downstairs. This might have been partially overcome if there'd been a window to open. It was also a bit dark on that floor, due to a partial lack of natural light. The additional bed on the upper floor would be fine for close friends or a young family, as it wasn't really separated much from the main double bed near the double-door window. Nothing could be done about it, but because of the central location, it was quite noisy at night and early in the morning, as the restaurants cleared up and set up. One would probably notice this less at a cooler time of year.

Excellent location for the City centre, sights and plenty of restaurants with a roof top view and very spacious for us. We very much appreciated having a kettle, so that we could make lots of mugs of tea. We also appreciated having more than one bathroom.

Great spacious apartment, well furnished. Bed was super comfy and big. Location was slightly out of the way (10- 15min walk to the cathedral) but was nice to not be amongst the hustle & bustle. Hosts were very friendly and responsive, and check-in was east! Would certainly recommend.
