The pool wasn’t in use all ten days of our stay in the hotel. Breakfast is simple and the same every day.

Located in central area of Santa Ponsa, near to the beach and restaurants. Nice view from the terrace. The first day wi-fi didn’t work in our room, the lady from the reception promptly solved the problem tomorrow morning, we got the new room.

A few things just to improve the experience would be making the pool opening times longer (10am - 6pm). There was no fridge in the room and the bathroom could have done with an extractor fan. The first light you're supposed to turn on in the room didn't work.

The location was good and the pool was nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice to have access to a garden and the hot tub, too. The staff were very friendly. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. But don't have the sangria as they make it with Fanta lol. Breakfast was good as well.

As its early in the season the aircon wasn’t on for the first few nights (it’s not that hot to them I guess), engineer came out after a couple of hot nights and once on it was perfect. The hotel is in a quiet enough location we were able to sleep with the balcony open for some cool air but aircon was needed

Comfy, quiet and walking distance from the beach. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, beds are comfy and clean. A nice little boutique hotel for a quiet break.

Hotel was away from the main strip so had a quieter ambience but not too far where you may feel it's a bit of a Trek to get to amenities Pool area was nice not over crowded never a sprint for the sun beds.

Close to the beach and restaurants in the quieter part of the resort. Also near (5 mins walk) to bus stop for Palma and airport if using public transport.

The lowest floor smelled a lot like a basement. There was no kettle in the room, no full length mirror, while showering the whole bathroom was getting really wet.

Great location, close to the beach and main street, huge variety for breakfast, comfortable bed. Staff (reception and breakfast) was really polite and helpful

It was only one socket in the room and there was a strange smell (like tabaco) in the room.

Hotel ofers good breakfast. Room was basic but comfortable. Keep in mind that hotel does not have filt. Only narrow stairs

Location was fabulous, near beach, tons of restaurants, bars and shops, staff were friendly and helpful, cleaners kept the rooms lovely and clean, in fact all areas were kept clean. Bar area was nice fab cocktails and reasonably priced. Breakfast we thought was nice it set us up for the day

It was so noisy you could hear everything from the rooms either side. We understand we were in a holiday environment snd people would be coming home after a good night out but it sounded like they were in our room they were so noisy. There was only one socket in the room so you couldn’t style your hair and charge a phone. Shower was very flimsy .It was however very clean and pleasantly decorated.
