I enjoyed all of it but wish I had made the effort to learn some Spanish basics first.

Great spot in a very pleasant city close to beaches, old city, centre shops and restaurants bars etc.

In the room there were two single beds put side by side instead of a double bed.

The hotel is placed very close to the old town, the beaches and the bus station, making it a perfect base for moving around. The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

This not s complaint as it is where it is but to get the car to the hotel and down in to the parking was difficult but sure it would get easier if I had managed to stay as planned.

The hotel was very clean throughout. The lady on the front desk was very helpful when I first arrived but later when I had a problem and had to leave next day due to the death of a friend and only stay the one night instead of my planned 5 she went beyond what I expected and sorted things quickly and efficiently.

Our room was kinda small for 2 people. The bed was a bit hard. Parking, using a car lift to the basement, was hard to find and a bit tricky.

Great location. Room was quiet. Breakfast was a good value.

    Great location in Gijon!

The room didn't have a fridge, which we missed. The breakfast was quite simple, and the staff didn't speak really well English. Also, the parking, even if it was really comfortable as we could park in the hotel, was blocked sometimes due to other cars parking at the entrance.

The location is the biggest asset of this hotel. 3 min walking to get to the beach and it's within a great area for wine, beer, and tapas. Our room was really well isolated from the noise.

The room was very small, barely bigger than the size of the bed. It was very hot even with the air conditioning on full blast and it wasn't hot outside.

Hotel in good location near shops, restaurants and beaches. About 15 minutes flat walk to the bus station. Reasonable breakfast included in the room rate. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The room faced an inner courtyard and was quiet.

Relatively minimal breakfast, I closed the hotel because it was listed that there was a parking lot, but I was not told that it was a parking lot that you enter by elevator and it is not a small car, it is dangerous, and indeed I sketched the car, and the parking lot reserved for me was too small and impossible. We asked where we were getting in and we said the car is big, and she didn't mention anything. In addition, mosquitoes dead on the wall in the room snipe from the ventilation system.

Nice, clean property but street noise is unmanageable

Street noise permeates the hotel and during our stay was so loud you could hear it even in the elevator. This makes rooms on the side facing the street virtually unusable. We had a reservation for two nights and were able to move away from the street the second night, same floor. That room was much quieter and also more updated. As nice and helpful as front desk staff tried to be, there was nothing they could do about the noise outside (3pm -3am.) I would advise against staying here if you’re doing the Camino or for any reason need to be assured of a good night’s sleep.

Front desk were very professional and kind. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

It was cold in the room, the room was small and the bed kept rolling as it has wheels on top side, which was annoying. Cold in the bathroom, with the heater not working.

Great localization in the heart of Gijon, everything close, nice restaurants around, and reasonable breakfast. Very nice stuff and ability to leave the luggage was very nice. We were able to check in very early so great thank for that as well.

The private parking was in an underground car park accesses by a car lift. This was very difficult and required a high level of driver skill. The only window in the small room was a velux style roof window. The breakfast was adequate but a very poor selection of fruit with canned fruit salad.

The reception staff were very helpful and the hotel was near the sea
