The hotel was a good location for checking out Gracia district, local to metro and bus services into the centre. The hotel had a nice communal area for eating breakfast. I had a room with a shared bathroom, the room was quite small however perfect for my needs, very clean and well designed with a comfortable bed. The shared bathroom was never a concern,a large, clean and well styled bathroom with a powerful walk in shower, it was always available. The reception on arriving quickly discovered that I would need to miss breakfast due to an early departure time, based on this I was offered a breakfast box for the morning which I accepted - bonus touch. Hotels are very expensive in BCN, I would always prefer a room with a bathroom however for the price and the fact it was only a place to lay my head before catching a flight I was very pleased with the experience and would consider this as an option for future trips to BCN.

Getting into the building was a little confusing with just a button to push and then figuring out that the office was on the 3rd floor took us a bit to figure out.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was really on top of keeping things stocked. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful with getting oriented in the city and the location was great.

The room is slightly smaller but is expected in center of Barcelona.

Its location is easily accessible by public transport such as bus and metro. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is awesome. Felt like home.

We got the room in corner 108, although the view on the street is amazing unfortunately the walls are too thin so you will be woken up in the night or the morning (since it's located next to the breakfast room). It's manageable but not ideal to make a perfect experience with the hotel.

The staff was great and helpful, the breakfast selection was really good and the location was perfect it is within walking distance of most of the things to see in Barcelona or close to the central stations.

No sound isolation at all. We had the room next to dining area (that wasn't the issue as we woke up early), however, one could hear what people were talking on the phone on the street , not speaking of the loud noise from cars and traffic.

Location was close to public transport and walkable distance to some of the main attraction points. Breakfast was enough to start the day and ladies serving the breakfast were super kind and caring. Common area maintained clean.

The charming hotel is housed in an old building. If not for the huge "65" (Lot address) in front I would have missed the place. The shower cubicle is a bit tiny.

My triple room was adequate in size, well-kept and clean. It was a corner low floor unit, but the street noise was inaudible with the windows closed. Plenty of towels were provided. The breakfast spread was simply but bountiful. Staff was warm and friendly, with some travel advice thrown in. We love to walk, so the 15-20-minute walk to Passeig de Gracia and La Rambla was just the right exercise for us.

The only thing that I didn't like, but it is a big negative, was the lack of a proper window in room 109. Unfortunately there was NO natural light in the room AT ALL, and there was no mention of this beforehand. We were very disappointed with this - I think it's important to inform the guests if the room they are booking is without any natural light (the window glass itself was painted over, and it looked into a "lichthof", so basically a very narrow hole between the walls for some air to come in). Of course we didn't plan to stay in the room all day because we had a lot to explore, however, the lack of information about this was disappointing, and we felt a little claustrophobic, too.

The location of this hotel is really great, it is in the heart of Grácia and surrounded by beautiful parks, cafes, restaurants, etc. The hotel staff was super friendly and nice, the breakfast was versatile and tasty. The check in and check out process was easy, and they were also very helpful with leaving some luggage in the storage room while we were out in the city after checking out.

Shower knobs and soap dispensers weren't working properly in one of the shared bathrooms which made taking a quick shower little frustrating.

Room was very spacious with lots of natural light coming from the big windows overlooking the main street. Staff was always very courteous. Breakfast was nice. We liked the location as it was away from the touristy areas but very close to metro and bus. Shared bathrooms were always clean. Our room had a beautiful view of the main street and the church across with big windows and mechanical shutters that can completely keep the light out and reduce much of the street noise.

If you book here ask to be away from kitchen and breakfast room it's noisy in the morning naturally. Other than that wonderful stay!

The room had only window to the shaft, so we had to wake up in the dark. There was sometimes problem to get to the bathroom, as I seen only three. Especially after breakfast.

Very clean room and bathrooms. Enough towels and equipment. Good breakfast - especially the spanish tortilla. Possibility to make own toasts. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, closer to the city center than I expected. I used Cooltra or Seat Mo shared scooters to get around. Enough parking for the scooters just by the main door.

We initially were in a small room with shared bathroom. The day after we asked if we could move to a different room because the bed was not really comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and flexible and allowed us to move to another room (with private bathroom) and we paid a small supplement.

Rooms and common areas are extremely clean! The position is excellent and the staff (both at reception and cleaning/breakfast) was always kind and available. Highly recommended!

Elevator is available however you need to cross few steps to get to it (can be important for families with kids and people with disabilities). No parking in the building.
