The room was clean and in a great location, just what we needed for a night. Begona was very helpful with very clear instructions on how to get in and how to get around Bilbao.

Excellent instructions and communication from Begona and it was easy to access the apartment. Perfect location for us as we were visiting the Guggenhein Museum and the old town in the evening. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very good shower (pressure). Maybe a few more coffee pods would be useful and some teabags for us English! Small negative is that the walls appear to be quite thin as one could hear the occupants in the adjoining apartments at times. We weren't disturbed at night though. We parked in the Plaza Euskadi carpark which was EUR 15.60 for 24 hours and just 450m from the apartment. We got our camper van in there which is 2.1m in height.

An absolutely perfect location - about 2 minutes walk from the Guggenheim Museim and surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafés and bars. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to all questions & very hepful. Cannot recommend enough. Arriving from the airport was also very easy - direct bus stops at the corner of the streer.

The master security system to enter the building, three keys plus codes is bit much for 70 year olds 😁

Begona was an excellent host who provided the most informative detail on how to access the place due to the late arrival of our flight. Also, information on how which bus to catch from Bilbao to San Sebastian. It is a pity we had only an overnight stay and missed out visiting the Guggenheim Centre which is closed on Monday's 🤔

It was not clear on Booking.com or in the hotel's description that this accommodation is actually an apartment that has been subdivided into three separate hotel rooms plus private areas for the owner.

The owner was very responsive and provided useful and detailed information.

There's really nothing to point out.

Location is superb, right next to Guggenheim museum and the room was very clean and comfortable. This is definitely perfect if you're planning to stay in Bilbao city center for a couple of days just like we did. You can take the bus from the airport and the property will be 2min walk from the first bus stop once you arrive in Bilbao center. There's also a really nice restaurant next to the property as well as some pretty cool coffee shops nearby. Last but not least, communication with Begoña has been wonderful!

The empty lot (under construction) next door gave the full access to a bar that had live music. It was loud but, with the windows and the bathroom door shut, it wasn't too bad. It was good music, I just wasn't in the mood. The bathroom could use a toilet paper holder (free standing or on the wall).

The location was great. I was only in town for one night, so I couldn't take full advantage of where it was but walked around the river, the Guggenheim, and easily took the Metro (just two stops) to the intermodal transportation center where I caught a bus to Santander. The bathroom was also very neat, tidy, and useful. The instructions you sent by email were not only useful, they necessary. It was hard to understand them until I arrived and then I followed them and all worked out. Thanks for the clarity.

My afternoon arrival was delayed until well after midnight, but Begoña there was exceptionally understanding, patient, helpful and immediately responsive. Once I finally got there, the room was easily accessible, large and very clean. Amazingly good price as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
