I have severe allergies and the scents used in the laundry and air was hard on my skin. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The breakfast and staff was fantastic, the facility was spotless. The front desk and maid staff was exceptional.

It served the purpose! We were visiting our brother in hospital in Jesus. A bit too far out of the way but that’s not the fault of the hotel! Only fault we found was the lack of Tea/coffee making facility That’s a big issue for us!Other wise I would recommend this hotel.

On the 6th floor you can hear the engines of the hotel. They moved us to the 1st floor. It was better there. The bathroom door is semi-transparent and does not close completely.

The location was relatively central and close to the train. The staff was very nice. and tried to help us all the time.

Excellent room for the buffet breakfast. Reception pointed me to location of underground parking, which was in easy walking distance.

The room was advertised with a view and it does not have one. The view is of a wall of the building next door and the airconditioning unit. This should not be allowed. A view is meant to be something open and true to the advertised product.

The eggs were cold and not fresh. Bacon wa cold. Bread was not very fresh.

Some of the staff speak very little English which makes some things difficult, even though I speak some Spanish. The breakfast was pretty bad but you can't expect much for 8.50€ Sadly tortosa is a ghost town at this time of year which made the stay in the town overall less pleasant.

The hotel is nice but quite old fashioned. It was clean and comfortable. The location is good for tortosa.

I wish there was a kettle and some coffee for the mornings. Other than that nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect right next to the train station, the hotel was clean and calm and the room was basic but nice. The bathroom is really good with everything you need available. There was a TV and a stereo system to listen to music.

The only bad side I would say was that I didn't know that the price I was giving didn't include he parking , they should have mentioned the extra, that I have discovered at the front desk !! Also I would have had to pay another extra if I had wanted breakfast ... Also.breakfast stopped at 10:30 this is eat for being on holidays in spain and on a Saturday

I was travelling a long way from south Spain to France by car and I had a halt at Tortosa, I was mainly looking for a hotel with parking since I had a lot of things in my car that I did not want to leave in the street nor dod I want to carry everything to the hotel, so the plus for me on that trip at the berenguer hotel was the parking and I was very happy to find out it was on the basement of the building, the room itself was clean and comfortable, nothing to say there,

It’s not what we didn’t like about the property, but the male receptionist… He didn’t even smile when we arrived, it was like everything was a problem for him (but he wasn’t like that on our stay 6 days prior)… however, the girl’s on reception (evening and morning) were very pleasant and helpful. The air con was a problem for everyone I think, as the girl (evening) said it went off, but she managed to fix it, and our room started to cool down after about a couple of hours, so well done to her for fixing it.
