It is very small room to children and second shower do not work.

Location is perfeckt, apartment cozy and near to the La Rambla, shops, cafes and metro.

1. The email the sent with my entry code had their hotel address, not the apartment so we went to the hotel by mistake. 2. The elevator wasn’t working but they did fix promptly when notified. 3. Had a problem with the toilet in master bedroom. They came immediately when notified. However as I was leaving I noticed it was starting to make a dripping sound again. They need to do further repair work on it. 4. It would be nice if they had a dish soap dispenser in the kitchen instead of little packets.

From the pictures, it looked like there was roof access, but it turned out that is only for one of the other apartments. Although with careful reading, this is stated, it is definitely not very clear. There is only one dishwasher tablet provided. This means one has to buy an entire box from the supermarket and only use 4 or 5 of them. A few more dishwasher tablets would have been appreciated.

Beautiful apartment with perfect location. Really appreciated the place to leave bags on arrival and departure, even though it was a little bit of a walk to get there. The access was really easy and the apartment has everything one needs for a great stay. The apartment was also surprisingly quiet, considering the location.

Some maintenance needs. Bathroom doors either did not close, or the hinges creaked loudly enough to wake everyone in the night. A leaky toilet valve meant water running needlessly. Not enough bed pillows. Not enough dish soap. Noisy (new) upstairs neighbors on our last night.

Lift was small but I think that seems to be the case in most of the properties in Spain.

Good size and clean. The second bedroom is a bit small but fine for my teenagers. Location was great, the bedrooms are at the back so there is no noise when you are sleeping. Kitchen was great.

A constructive criticism, there is no name at the entrance only the number 27 in steel letters above the door and it was a little difficult to find when we arrived because it is at the intersection of several streets

We booked at the last minute after discovering that the apartment we had previously booked was to far out of the center. The reception staff were very helpful by phone calls and the apartment is right in the center of the Las Ramblas/Gothic old town area. The apartment was 5 Star quality with everything that you would ever need and the very large Balcony had a fabulous view over the area including the Cathedral

Everything was good but the only negative is the shower door in the ensuite wouldn't close properly,I think the apartment is for 6 which I think the seating area in the main living area would be a bit tight if there was 6 people but it was ideal for a family of 4

The apartment looked just like the photos which was very attractive ,the main living area was larger than expected and there were nice views out of the main living area,It was very well equipped and had nice storage in the double bedroom,The room with the single beds was quite compact but there was clothes storage in there,

The apartment did not have an iron. The check in process was confusing and it was not clear there would be 2 separate payments due. I paid for our room but not the required deposit. This was a separate payment due directly to the owners. So when I arrived they hadn’t sent me our checkin instructions and at one point even canceled our booking.

I loved the location, it was in the center of every thing. Very close to the Rambla, sagrada familia, and tons of restaurants. The area around the apartment was very nice. The apartment was large, very clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms had nice showers and a good amount of storage.

Everything was beyond satisfactory, but I would have enjoyed having more washing machine and dishwasher pods to get us through several washes instead of just one and more kitchen towels and scrubbers. I also would have liked more complimentary coffee pods and creamer provided for the first few days. Also, we needed more detailed instructions in English explaining how to use the washing machine settings. We truly had no complaints, though. It was a very nice apartment to stay in for 1 week with a family of 4.

Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona. Restaurants, shopping, bars, public transport just steps from your doorway. Stunning historical buildings everywhere. Check in was very easy using the key pad from the emailed instructions. We took pics of the instructions on our phones prior to arrival. No problem. We liked that all of us could come and go freely just using the keypad for entrance. Thankfully, we were permitted an early check in at 11am; we appreciated that as we were exhausted from an international flight. The apt was fully equipped with starter soaps for dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, shower, and toothpaste/toothbrushes provided. Very modern, immaculate, comfortable. We used the pull out couch which had sheets provided. We used the washing machine and drying rack for our clothes. We used the kitchen for cooking breakfast, snacks, coffee. Communication with owners was immediate and effective. They resolved any question or issue we had immediately.

bedroom 2 beds are small and more suited to children.be aware that there is no facility at ye apartment to leave luggage at property if late departure or early arrival. You can use drop off point 15mins away which is a bit of a trek if you have lots of luggage.

Location is fantastic. Close to many sights. Easy to get taxi nearby. Some facilities not available and dealt with very efficiently by management. Comfortable beds, luxurious apartment. Management very responsive to emails and concerns.

Tiny elevator that recommends just one bag or one person at a time. Unable to arrange for early entry, so need to stand on street with bags until entry code time is reached.

Location was so very close to royal palace, Plaza Mayor, Mercado, restaurants, churos, and shopping. Bustling street, but extremely quiet with windows closed. Clean, modern, well equipped.

Since no cars are allowed in the area, we had to pull our bags for a few blocks of cobblestones to get there and leave. Hard when you are traveling for 6 weeks and have kids and groceries, etc… not anything that they can do about it but wish we would have known to be better prepared.

Great location right amongst the hustle and bustle but still quiet and cool. Newly renovated and nicely furnished.

Because it is an old building the elevator was too small. It carries only one person and a small bag.

Apartment was clean and well decorated. Location was excellent in the old city and a minute away from the Rambla.
