Perfect and pretty location. Staff were outstanding, great communicators and flexible. They helped with our luggage when we had arrived early which we really appreciated. Comfortable stay and easy stay. Would definitely stay again. Great place to base yourself in Bilbao to explore the old town and lovely walk to Guggenheim along the river. Thanks again!

Great localization 😊 Only few steps to metro station and to the main square in the old town. Host was very responsive and kind. We could left our baggage in apartment a few hours earlier what was nice option. The street gets noisy in the evenings, but the host provided earplugs 😉

Hard to catch a taxi. You need to walk a bit which we didn’t know. They dropped us off in front of the residence but we had to walk to get picked up. Also the apartment is on the second floor and we had large suitcases. No elevator

Very clean and comfortable, towels were superb. Location was great but a bit noisy. In saying that, we wanted to be in the centre of Bilbao so that’s expected.

No air conditioning and fan was not great. We were ok as it was not too hot when we stayed but if it was hotter period it might not be comfortable overnight!

Perfectly equiped apartment in the perfect location to explore the old town. The apartment was very relaxing, and we loved using the kitchen which had everything we needed. Rocio was an incredibly accommodating host, with heaps of fantastic local recommendations.

Great location for everything we wanted to see in Bilbao, well-equipped, clean, helpful host, strong wi-fi. Room 3 is above a less busy street so noise was not an issue.

Nothing. I’ve seen some comments made about noise. It’s in the middle of a lively Spanish city. Expect some noise. Although the balcony doors are very effective at noise cancellation.

Fantastic light and airy space in the middle of the old town. Really tastefully furnished and decorated with some lovely little touches to help make me feel welcome. Rocio was super helpful and very accommodating.

We rent two apartments nr1 and nr3. Each of them are very spacious, very comfortable and light. The location is great! There a lots of bars and restaurants on walking distance. The Guggenheim museum is also not far. The host Rocio is very kind and gives you a lot of information for very good bars and restaurants. I really can recommend these apartments!

The bed was on the harder side and I'm not a fan of double duvet. The kitchen didn't have any ventilation or lights. There was a genereal lack of hooks for hanging towels, dish towels etc. Nothing was supplied for staying a whole week (only one set of towels, one dish towel, no way of cleaing the floor except for a small broom set). So all in all I would say it's a perfect spot for staying a few nights but for a whole weeks stay there were some short commings.

Location was right in the middle of the old town. Great opportunities for grocery shopping right around the corner and easy access to metro and the rest of the city. I would definetely recommend staying here for a few nights! The shower was absolutely wonderfull. Great water pressure.

We like everything very much.

The apartment is small but very cute, met all our expectations. The bed and pillows were very comfy The apartment is in the heart of the old town, literally 2 minutes walking distance to where the shops and bars are. We stayed only for a night, wish we could stay longer. The apartment was on the second floor with no elevator and wodden stairs and we had 2 giant luggages but our lovely host Rocio Melissa helped us, and she was so lovely, friendly and helpful on every occasion. Special thanks to her 🥰

There was some noise in the night, drunk people shouting- but we slept ok.

It was light and friendly. The shower was amazing !!! the location was perfect - we could walk to everything in the city.
