my room is near the school and each hour ring the bell snd i can not spleep after lunch..it was almost perfect

breakfast, parking, location and the kindness of staff. I lose €2 in the floor and the staff left it at the desk, i love the honesty. It is realy unsual, congratulaions to the staff.

Everything was perfect! Starting with the room facilities, to the kind and helpful personnel. The position of the hotel is almost near the city center, with quiet surroundings.

Very noisy late at night & early morning from outside street. A bit on the expensive side compared to other city hotels we stayed in during our visit.

Excellent location right by tram for ease of getting into city centre. Staff very friendly & helpful. Comfortable beds & very clean. Good choice of breakfast.

Room wifi wasn't working for couple of days. Not all reception desk staff know how to explain public transport. We needed to find where to buy Tussam multicard the hard way.

Location is great, once you learn the public transportation system. Breakfast is decent. Variety.

The breakfast could be from 7am just in case some people need to be earlier at the airport.

The staff were really kind. They explained to us the city plan and public transport. The room was spacious and clean. There was also a large selection of different kinds of food for breakfast. Everyone could choose something for themselves. Good location, 15 minutes walk or 5 tram stops from the city centre.

Rooms felt a bit simple and corporate and lacked any frills.

We had nice roomy room but unfortunately the previous guests smoke and left bad smoke odor - so we ask to change room. We got the new room but much smaller than what we initially had

Breakfast rather expensive. Receptionists not very helpful in giving out tourist information. Some did not even speak English.

We chose NOT to have breakfast at the hotel because at Eur 16- it looked rather expensive. There were various cafes nearby who offered very good coffee/tea/fresh orange juice, sandwiches and simple cakes at around Eur5-/6- per person.

Location - takes you about a 15min walk to the Alcazar, Plaza de Espana and the old city of Seville, although there is a tram stop directly outside the hotel which would take you into the city. The hotel has parking directly underneath the hotel. The room was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel.

Very good room with big king size bed. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of different options available. Good location - easy to reach from the airport (20 mins by taxi) and easy to reach the city centre (20-30 mins walk from the main tourist attractions).

Our room overlooked the school playground, so was woken up by the kids playing football every morning.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, good choice of breakfast, very close to airport bus stops and opposite tram stop. Close to Plaza de Espana, 30 min walk to start of city centre....bring comfy shoes if you plan to walk it rather than take the tram
