United KingdomThe room we booked originally didn't have a view and was small with a king sized bed. We wanted a super king bed, so upgraded to a larger twin room with a view which catered to our needs very well.
The buffet breakfast was excellent. More gluten free options would have been good, especially cereal.

United KingdomParts of the accomodation are starting to look tired. Not all aspects of the spa were available I suspect they are a bit under staffed. All that said don't let a few negative observations put you off staying.
From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely warm, friendly and very helpful. Given they almost never have guests from the UK the service was exceptional. Our room was vast, the indoor pool was a joy.

SpainNot a criticism, just a piece of advice: book your spa circuit on arrival. All other spa bookings at the spa reception itself, be prepared for a bit of a wait as they need to do some paperwork. The swimming pool is a 45 minute seasion so turn up on time.
Clean modern room, comfortable bed, room facilities excellent. Quiet hotel in general. The spa swimming pool was excellent. Gym was good. The arab bath “Baño del moro y de la mora” is worth at least one session (extra cost). Short walk to the village.

United States of Americaperson in the breakfast room was picking up the used dishes and then putting new ones on the table without washing his hands. Very, very bad during anytime, especially during pandemic. Air conditioning did not work very well. The night person did not help very much with that Too many flies and mosquitos.
Pool was very nice. could have been warmer. THE PERSONNELL IN THE DAYTIME WERE EXTREMELY HELFFUL.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled terrible of heavy cigarette smoke, hallways smelled very musty. The room’s air conditioner didn’t work , so windows had to be kept open and a constant VERY LOUD train goes by in front of the hotel windows. Only one very thin overly washed towel was given per person at this spa hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, without any way of drying it, since this towel didn’t dry overnight by itself: no bath robe to use in the spa. Required to wear a mask to walk into a hot thermal pool room area (!), but no mask was required anywhere else on the property (!!!), so this is very silly. No one spoke English to give any directions to explore the area or answer any questions

AndorraThe breakfast was very very poor. No eggs, sausage or anything consistent, basically bread and some old cheese. The rules in the spa are quite stupid, only a certain amount of time, wear a mask, wear a cap but nobody tells you ahead of time so you need to waste minutes with those rules.

United KingdomBathroom cold tap ran warm, no toothglasses in bathroom, wide cut out at 12 midnight of thereabouts. The only available coffee/drinks were available from late afternoon from a shed in the garden. Staff were fairly un smiley. The cafeteria by reception was never open. They claim to be 4 star but I would give them 2 and a half.
Near to my destination ( wedding). Otherwise not much to recommend about this pla e except that the other options nearby are worse
