I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and had a cute balcony, which I really enjoyed. The breakfast was very good with a lot of food options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the beach is just across the road, making it very convenient. Highly recommended!

The town (not the beach) is horrible. However, the transport system in Mallorca is really easy to navigate so you can easily go elsewhere. The hotel and beach was all I needed so it was fine.

This hotel has old fashioned charm. It is homely and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable (but I did bring my own pillow) I’m sure extra pillows would be provided if asked for. The breakfast is continental but there is plenty to choose from, the staff are attentive and helpful. The poolside area is good, even if the pool is somewhat frigid in May. The bar / restaurant were a welcome surprise. The spa area was good - the showers hot and powerful - if a little dated. I will definitely be visiting again.

The noise! Both the noise from the road/street at all hours of the day and night, and also from the surrounding rooms. The noise from neighbouring rooms' t.v's, talking and moving about is, clear - and very disturbing when trying to sleep!!

Lovely hotel, we were in a little separate block from the main hotel building, with a little balcony which had a lovely view over the pool and courtyard. Gorgeous gardens and terrace. Brilliant location, at the far end of the main street.

The badcpoint- its half an hour with the car to palma de Mallorca. All the people in the reception were nice except one woman who was very unfriendly

The hotel is near the see. The spa is very nice but The pool was not warm enough. There are a lot of restaurants very close to the hotel.

The only slight issue was that the room we stayed in was facing the terrace/bar which means the noise can go into the evening. People are having a great time but if you need to have an early night ready for an early day you might struggle to sleep until the bar shuts.

The location is really nice, lots of shops, restaurants bars on the doorstep. The hotel looks beautiful, they accommodated every request we had and the staff was friendly. The room was a good size, it had everything you needed and it was very clean. The hotel had a bar with a terrace next to the swimming pool, just amazing atmosphere in the evenings.

Lovely traditional hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to walk to beaches and restaurants, with bus stops close to get to other places Breakfast was very nice and rooms a good size. There is no lift if you have mobility issues.

Only there for one night, so not much to comment. All good s as expected, not disappointed, did not eat in the restaurant but the bar was fine.

Needed a ramp or lift, to carry luggage & bike box to the room, but a minor detail.

Stayed for Challenge Mallorca, perfect location by transition and a great boutique style hotel. Staff we're super friendly in all areas. Will come back again for the next race.

I would have preferred a 2nd large towel. Also I was surprised not to have a kettle in the room to make Tea/Coffee on demand. I had brought Irish Teabags with me that I could only use once a day in the breakfast room.

Breakfast was good and plentifully. Staff was very friendly. Gardens are a main bonus and the pool area was lovely and comfortable. Moskitos were shockingly bad after 6pm in September, but we were provided with a plug-in anti insect liquid dispenser for the room on arrival.l to keep us safe there.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom needs replacing with a design that works. The shower head holder needs replacing with one that can aim the water stream at you and the bath tap adjuster didn't work. The carpets in the corridor need a good clean or better yet replacing.

The swimmingpool was great. The veranda was nice and the main lounge too. The receptionist Catia was very welcoming and helpful in giving advice where to go and things to do. Thank you.

Few things were not ok, but didn’t spoil the impression too much: towels - some of them were dirty or ripped, but got replaced immediately once we asked, maybe worse to revise and replace them for new. Parking is tiny only for 4-5 cars in general, first come first served. On our last night air conditioning got broken what caused water running from ceiling in bathroom - just made me think that the whole object needs revision. Also noticed small ants on the floor in our room

Generally nice hotel with a style and history. Helpful and nice personnel, good breakfasts, cozy pool and garden around, big comfortable beds. Met my expectations - everything looks exactly like on pictures:)

The hotel is situated directly at a street. My room was directed towards the pool and the street and there was quite some traffic. The atmosphere was thus not so relaxing. Especially at the pool I was missing some tranquility. Also in the afternoon the pool was conquered by the children, who were not stopped from continuously jumping into the pool for hours. There was a life guard but she didn't say anything. From the second day I went to the beach and stayed the whole day which was mich more relaxing. Also breakfast is very simple.

The proximity to the beach was a plus. The style of the old building is also nice as it is so authentic.

Breakfast had a good selection and quality! Staff were friendly, especially the night manager who checked us in and, especially the older gentleman in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was really high quality! Pool was nice and we always got a sun lounger. Location was good and so close to the beach, shops and bars.
