Only complaint is the pillows in the room are very very thin and we found it quite difficult to get comfortable but not a massive issue

Lovely hotel in Arenal, second time we have stayed and met our expectations. Staff are friendly and food is varied everyday, The location is great to walk into the main town.

Dinner was served from 7:30pm onwards which was quite late for us, the gym had hardly any equipment and some was even broken with no sign to say so. The air conditioning I wouldn’t even class as air conditioning and had to obtain another fan as was too hot. The beds did not seem clean each day and cleaners did very minimal in the room. No kettle or safe however you could hire these. Also towels are hired for the pool too. Was confusing with the tags you needed to provide to be able to purchase a drink too.

The cleaning staff shouting in the hallways from 7am onwards, they woke us up both days loudly shouting from one end of the hallway to the other, without any regard for the rest and sleep of the guests. They also opened the door abruptly after knocking, without even waiting for a response, when I was leaving the shower, a lot of disrespect from the cleaning staff. Regarding services, a mini-fridge would be appreciated in the rooms to keep water, drinks or medicines at an appropriate temperature.

The hotel itself, the facilities, the reception and dining room staff are very friendly and attentive. The cleanliness and comfort are good, the breakfast and dinner buffet adequate and with some variation from one day to the next.

The beds are very stiff, staff doesn't clean the room, they just make the beds and replace towels. Food could have more quality. But in the end, very good for the price!

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. An extra bed had been put into our room for some reason. Took up a lot of space and made it awkward to get about. We were put in the 2nd hotel which was fine but it wasn't specified in the booking, so use of the facilities meant having to walk down to the 1st hotel.

Sadly the beverages were below what we expected. The coffee was either very sweet or very bitter and intense, hard to get a normal cup of coffee with milk that wasn't overloaded with sugar. Also the softdrinks were way too sweet for our taste. Worst were the cocktails right out of the machine.

Reception very slow, I had to book a taxi for airport and there was s long queue of people waiting to check in. I had to go to front and just push in and ask otherwise we would have been late. For some reason it takes an age to check in.

Easy stroll to the beach, not far from the airport. The catering staff are very hard working and kept buffet food topped up. Very clean and tidy.

The pool could be open earlier and longer, at times we felt like swimming later, but it was closed. The live music was a bit laud unti 23.00, so it was a bit hard to fall asleep after a long day.

The staff was really helpful and kind, at the reception as well as in the canteen and the cleaning team. Always with a smile and kind words. The room was very clean, great activities to take part in.

The food. Just nothing for vegetarians so I lived off salad and potatoes. Everything had meat with it - scrambled eggs with ham stirred in, baked beans with sausages cooked in, pasta in tomato sauce with ham, pizza with ham. Only one veggie option from the snack bar (2 bits of bread with lettuce and tomato). Really disappointing.

It’s a nice place - excellent pool, good location, clean rooms, helpful staff. Entertainment was fun to watch. We arrived at 3am and there was food out for late arrivals which was wonderful.

The rooms are not so new, bathrooms are old. No hangers on the balcony. Noisy..you hear all the people going through the corridor and door closes very loud.

Good choice of food. Quite good choice of drinks in bar. When you have All Inklusive you can take ice cream and snacks on bar. Good pool. Pleasant stuff

the food at meal times taste like dog food, grim grim grim. hotel split into 2 sites. wasn't made clear. in Bahamas 2 you could only get beer or sangria at the bar and the 2nd pool wasn't very obvious as we only found it right before we were about to leave. PEAK.

the snacks were bang bang to be fair, unlimited drinks 11/10 - cocktails straight from a. machine you just needed a 1 euro cup deposit. spa was free, hot tub and sauna. pool was nice, could dive in it cause it was deep enough :)) the location was great just a short walk from the beach strip with a lovely beach, nice beach club and port for boat trips. room was cleaned every day and the view was sooooo pretty. aircon worked very well and the bathroom was lush (even though the bathtub was miniature lol)

The rooms and facilities are not very clean (think: hairs in the shower and on fresh towels, dirty walls with unknown residues, not well cleaned cutlery and dishes) – the buffet is mediocre and not many vegetarian options.

The staff is really friendly and nice and the location as well – It’s just a 10 min walk to the beach and the airport is close. The pool is clean and the view of the room beautiful – there’s a forest and you can even see the ocean. It was really easy to book a taxi through reception and also there’s lots of possibilities to park around the hotel if you’re planning on renting a car (which I recommend).

Noise here is a bit of an issue. Doors to rooms do not close quietly - so banging doors can go on through the night! Our room was 3rd floor above bar - music till after 11pm. I like music - but it was too loud, in the bar you could not have a conversation. Have to do the save a sunbed with your towel thing - as not enough to go round. Very disappointed that not enough food choice for vegetarians (in 2022??) Breakfast fine - and there was always fruit and bread. Ok if you're happy to eat fish or eggs - otherwise mainly just salad, plain pasta with tomato sauce or rice.

Staff lovely, hotel was very clean and bonus to have a bath. Pool was nice - big and deep. Only 10 minute walk to great sandy beach. Plenty of food available all day with drinks & ice creams.
