Everything was great. The only watchout for the guests - consider that it's not easy to find a free parking close to the hotel since it's a city centre.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, comfortable room, tasty breakfast. Appreciated extra request for take away breakfast that was even exceeded by the staff.

Breakfast should improve adding different kind of breads, different kind of omelets homemade and some peeled fresh fruit.

Room is comfortable and quiet. Drinks are free at any time (coffee, tea, herbal tea, hot chocolate and water). There are an "other drinks" and snacks machines.

We were on the first floor and the lighting and view weren't great. For a spartan space, a price over $100 is a little much.

It was comfortable and had the necessities. The breakfast is great! The location next to the mall and train station can't be beat.

Spacious room with private bathroom, air conditioning and a fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from train and bus terminal. Easy walk to the city and old town. Very highly recommend.

We got a room with a terrace and great views over the Ría de Vigo. The room was comfortable and they provided us with water, tea, coffee and some snacks.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we became stuck in Vigo due to full trains. They went out of their way to help us find transportation to continue our European trip. Highly recommend!

The bathroom is a little bit outdated. It seems not to have a proper ventilation. After the shower, all the tiles were dripping wet.

The hotel is generally alright. There is a courtesy coffee and tea at the reception. The location is great. Everything is around the corner.

We were walking the Camino to Santiago and decided to go a bit fancier since we had a resting day planned. The room we booked online looked way better than what we actually got. Next to that, the room online offered a few and gave a luxurious feel, but the room we actually got gave us the feeling of being in a hospital room / dungeon. There were windows but with a view on an opening between buildings, together with all the vents from the ACs. At night this can keep you awake, also did we hear everytime someone took coffee downstairs while we were on the second floor. When we asked about the difference in the listing and our room, they informed us only people who stay a week and not just 2 nights, would get these rooms with the nice view and luxurious feel. With the breakfast I suppose it is fine for the price, however we were highly disappointed since the room we booked was absolutely different to what we got. Especially when you go "fancy", counting to spend many hours here and it ends up feeling so claustrophobic you rather go outside. Just keep this in mind when booking, apart from all this it is an okay place to stay.

The staff was kind, but when I called for assistance on transport, our room almost got cancelled. After being shock and explaining that's not why I called, it only helped when I tried in Spanish again. Then we managed and they helped me with phone numbers from cab companies. They are friendly and willing to help, we just had a few miscommunications in English so keep this in mind. The breakfast had a nice variety and you can take coffee whenever you want during the day - they have a machine in the lobby. Also a nice space to sit downstairs to drink that coffee. Location-wise: it is next to the bus/train station and a shopping mall. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the center.

A/C did not work, room was so small the bed barely fits in the room. There is a door stop on the floor almost in the middle the room where you can break your toes. You can hear people on the room. Hard to sleep with all the issues

There was.no promised air conditioning, the shower design lent itself to water everywhere, the mattresses were uncomfortable
