It was difficult to access the property at times because the external door was difficult to open, everything else was great

The property was centrally located, walking distance of the main town and beaches. There was water and milk left in the fridge for us and a coffee machine with coffee provided in the kitchen. The host was there to greet us and gave us loads of information about the locality places to visit and good places to eat

No way to darken the bedroom at night and we needed a fan to cool the second room. Leaving windows open meant there was a lot of street noise.

Jose had thought of everything that may be needed if you are travelling lightly away from home to make the stay comfortable. The facilities provided were quality items. He spent time to show us around the area pointing out good places to eat & where the best place for any shopping that may be needed. We arrived @ 9pm local time & he had left a beer & a soft drink along with water milk etc. ready in the fridge to get us started. It was apparent that he was super proud of the area & the apartment & would do anything to help to get the most out of the trip.

Apartment is very dated, but is accurately depicted in the photos. Odour in the building's stairwell is foul. Fortunately this didn't penetrate into the apartment itself.

Small welcome pack in the fridge which was nice. Very close to dozens of bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very welcoming host who let us check in a couple of hours early and was very keen to provide lots of information about the local area. Apartment has everything you could possibly need to make for a comfortable holiday. Shower is warm and powerful.

Not a problem for us but just to be aware that there are a couple of flights of stairs up to the apartment.

What a wonderful place to visit. Jose collected us at the airport. Before taking us to the apartment he showed us his favourite places to visit. Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be in a perfect place. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well presented. We felt very safe in the area. The apartment had everything that you could possibly need and some lovely touches like quaint decorations and messages from guests. Towels, beach chairs and a vast range of toiletries and even sun creams. Various teas, coffee and milk was provided. The hairdryer was a dyson with all the attachments. The washing machine was easy to use. I really didn’t want to leave. Thanks Jose it was a pleasure to meet you.

No dislikes maybe the sofa( which was a sofa bed) could have been more comfortable for when we sat and watched TV in the evening but this is really minor and certainly didn't spoil our stay. Because we were there in January we stayed in more in evening than we normally would on a holiday.

The appartment was in a building that felt very secure. It was very clean ,with lots of touches like sweets, books and maps bathroom products and tea and coffee. It was well equipped with ample kitchen utensils, coffee maker,toaster,iron and board and a hairdryer. There was a washing machine and a drying rack with plenty of pegs. There was a balcony, which although quite narrow was fine if we wanted to sit out and we could dry the clothes outside on the rack. Location was handy for supermarket and a 5 minute walk to Balcon de Europe. We could also walk to bus stop for buses going out of Nerja in about 15 minutes. The owner,Jose was there to meet us and although we were late arriving,stayed to show us information and give recommendations on where to go and places to eat in Nerja. He is obviously and rightly so,very proud of his town.

I'd like a heater in the lounge

Jose' is a perfect host. I felt chilly the first night; the next morning he had remade my bed with a warm sheet and extra blankets. He picked me up from the airport 🙏 Being a solo woman staying, I felt perfectly safe. Nerja feels safe too. I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Appartment was well stocked with bathroom products and water and milk was provided with coffee making facilities. Owner, Jose, took time to inform us of local restaurants and bars and some of the interesting areas to visit. He made us feel very welcome.

There is one air con in the bedroom, so the living room area can be hot but bedroom is very cold. And there is no oven. Other than that everything is fine.

The location is great but very difficult to find parking. It is close to the beach and the lively town centre. Little Italy next door sells the best pizza and the cheapest is €3.50. Very delicious! Thank you, Jose, for telling us all the cheap n delucious food.

Beautiful apartment in Nerja just a few minutes far from the centre and Balcon de Europa. Our host José was super nice and gave us many tips what to see and experience here :)
