This was the best! Not one complaint!

This apartment exceeded my expectations; updated/modern in a historic setting! Very family friendly, it was extremely clean, provided a full kitchen with all the amenities you would need, had a very comfortable bed, and clean towels provided daily. It was centrally located in Puerta del Sol, so you could walk to stores, restaurants and many historical sites. A few minutes walk to taxi, bus or train if you want to explore outside the area. There is a market and large department store adjacent to the building for all your needs. Christian was very friendly and helpful, providing us with anything we needed, including suggestions for things to do and see, directions to get there, places to eat, and more. I highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Madrid.

It was close to everything. Shops restaurants and easy walking to all the sightseeing places. Fabulous grocery store directly behind us. Spacious apartment, well equiped. Good bed. Very safe and good security.

The Arenal Suites are very central to the cultural area and restaurant of MadridCentral, the complete building was very clean, We heard no other noises when were there except the hussle and bustle in the street it was always quiet,

Perfectly located in a nice area. Close to metro stations and easily accessible by car and on foot. Nice restaurants walking distance and football shops for Madrid and Barcelona at walking distance (a must visit with children).

Everything 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Location is perfect in the center of the city close to everything’s, tourist attractions, restaurants,malls, big supermarket and public transportation just around the corner. The apartment is newly renovated modern n very clean All equipment that needs is there. Feel like at home. I wish I could stay longer but I will comeback someday for sure. The dryer portion of the washer/dryer machine did not dry the clothes, even after running over two hours.

So close to the Puerta del Sol. Christian was an amazing hard-working host. Had everything ready for us, resupplied us as requested and fixed an issue with the washer dryer. Also gave us great information on what to do. An added bonus was to be able to listen to the street bands playing music on the Calle Arenal.

Everything was great. My only issue challenge was getting into the building. Perhaps the signs and instructions could be made clearer.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean, stylish and in a perfect central location footsteps from Sol. Christian and Maria were very friendly , professional and helpful. It was also great to have a balcony overlooking the buzzing street below.

Had to ask for clothing soap (none provided) and extra coffee and toilet paper (only one days worth provided for a 2-night stay). Couch felt like it might break - but all other furnishings were top notch!

Very fun location! Surprisingly quiet, great AC, excellent washing machine, lots of space, very clean, super safe, very easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay again!

Nothing - all was exceptional.

Incredible, spacious, clean and modern self contained apartment in the centre of Madrid. Our room contained lovely large windows with a small balcony that looked out over the street, that were also equiped with roller shutters that perfectly blocked out noise and light. Rooms contained comfortable beds, washing machine and ample storage making the stay even more accomodating. Communication and assistance with the host Christian was exceptional - highly recommend!

Calle del Arenal is very lively 24 hours a day. Lots of street noise. Unfortunately, the elevator died on our last day, so we had to carry all the luggage down via the stairs. The stairway however was the roomiest I ever saw.

Very roomy, well-decorated apartment. We loved it. The bed was comfortable with high-quality linens. Location close to everything, right across the street to Cortes Inglese store for high end shopping. Many restaurants nearby. Hostess Maria was super friendly and helpful.
