We loved everything. It’s more for our family needs as we had four adults traveling together. We thought that we should book an apartment with two bathrooms next time.

The location was great! Christian was so helpful. We went to the wrong place, and he came to get us.

I did not come across washing machine instructions in English - these could have been located in the room or available from the staff but it would have been convenient if they were on the cupboard door.

The instructions to enter the property were sent electronically to facilitate after hours entry, and we found the very clear to follow - better than Google maps which took us to the wrong street. Staff were contactable by WhatsApp and provided good advice. The bed and room were comfortable and we enjoyed the extra space in the lounge/kitchen. The location was excellent; close to attractions, public transport and restaurants.

EVERYTHING !!!! The location is walking distance from everything !!! Super spacious!! Service from ma jose and Cristian was amazing !! And the customer service was outstanding!!! Super clean. !!!! Honestly everything was great ! They went above and beyond. They also got a taxi for us from the hoteytl the airport and the driver Marcos was kind efficient and top notch!!!! Highly recommended for anyone that wants to have an amazing time in Madrid!!

The very helpful support from staff before during and after checkin. The location - 1 minute from Sol Metro in the heart of everything.The blackout shutters and soundproofing made the stay very peaceful and relaxing - no street sound despite the area

Superb location. Very clean. Everything you need. If you follow the instructions it is easy to find. Security on the street outside each day as well ( just by luck). From the front door you are into a shopping area. Out the back is a shopping mall and food area. Perfect place to stay.

This may have been a Google Maps issue, but it was a little confusing to find the front door to the apartment building at first.

Great location, easy to walk to all of the sights. And an amazing grocery store right across the street. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with beautiful modern appliances. Christian was absolutely amazing to work with. He spent so much time and care showing my friend and I around the apartment. He was just the absolute best!

I loved the location. It is close to all the major attractions and fews minutes walk to Sol and Opera metro station. There are plenty of restaurants on the street and across other streets. The staff is very nice and helpful to guide us and the rooms are perfect for a family of two kids. The kitchen has all the utensils to cook with grocery shop behind . The rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. It was a perfect 3 nights stay . We were lucky to watch the Easter parade happening right next to our location. Lastly, I felt bit short stay but would like to visit again and prefer to stay here.
