We had dinner once in the restaurant and were surprised that you should order water and/or juice and pay separately for it. No water included in the dinner. This is strange.

The quality of the food was great, the variety was decent.

- Hotel should indicate the route from station as google makes it 800mito back entrance with parking) instead of 200m(front entrance) - Complementary water mentioned for family suite is for 1st day limited to 1L, it is misleading - Room heaters were turned off though the night temperature was quite low making floor cold to walk

- Perfect location close to station and beach - Amazing pool and sea view - Restaurant staffs are too good - Delicious food with lots of variety everyday

In room tea and coffee facilities would be great...even on request as conscious its not for everyone.

Super clean and modern hotel with staff that care. Out of season stay for us, but can imagine how much fun it would be here during the main season. Loved the evening entertainment too, varied offerings and great for the young kids. Shout out to Oscar from the bar staff..very attentive. We opted for half board and there was such a varied menu on offer that even the fussiest of eaters would find something.

Not so much live music in evenings. Other hotels were more ‘active and full of life’. But if you like to be in quiet place - it is good.

The stuff at the restaurant could improve to clean faster the dishes. It was not nice to sit the whole time with used plates, some tables were really small. No big cups for tea lovers and no tea making set at the rooms. The rooms were cleaned very late (even during the lunch time)which was sometimes uncomfortable as we needed to wait for fresh towels.

The room was really nice, beds comfortable. We had superior room with sea/swimming pool view. Great meals, always fresh and big variety. Nice swimming pool area, very calm. Very close to the train station and to the beach. Professional staff at the reception.

The pool was very cold. The Spa pool had very steep steps into the pool.

This is just a suggestion and not a complaint. The food was good with a few Spanish choices. However, we would have welcomed more Spanish cuisine such as Tapas, Tortilla, roasted Spanish peppers, Churros daily and flan for dessert.

This hotel is very suitable for families. The hotel has a modern style, the room was comfortable, clean, and a safe is available free of charge. We liked the swimming area and the spa, towels can be borrowed by leaving a deposit. The staff were very friendly and hard working. The animation team and evening entertainment were very good. Parking is very convenient and reasonably priced. We liked the international atmosphere at this hotel. Thank you, Onabrava team, for making our holiday special.

The staff at the reception were a bit rude (in specific “Nuria”, i believe). They lend you towels to use by the pool with a deposit of 10€/towel, however you can only change the towels every 2 days, of which you are unwarned until you go to change them and they act so rude and stiff about it. Another problem was the water of the showers. After having the tap open for a bit, the water turns brown (full of mud) and when we called reception to tell them, they didn’t do anything about it. The receptionists care more about tourists than Spanish people, which is completely unacceptable. I believe that all the rudeness of the receptionists is due to the fact that they make you pay upfront, and they think that they have nothing to lose. About the cleanness, the bed sheets were dirty and when we asked them to change them, they told us that they usually don’t do that, and they change them only before they give you the room (however they eventually did so). The pool water was cold, which i think was because of the rain.

It’s a good hotel to travel to with children. The food was great. The pool was big and with very clean water. Most of the staff (the bar, the restaurant, animation team, lifeguards,…) were super kind and friendly. The animation team was the best part (especially Moisés, he’s just so great). The activities were excellent and very well organized, as well as engaging and interesting. The bubble club for children was great, where again the animation team was friendly and the monitors were super caring and nice. The music performances for adults at night were great! I really recommend the AQUA FANTASY to families with children.

Price a little expensive, plus you have to pay for parking which is annoying.

The elevators need some adjustements, they are not working properly. The beds could be a little comfier.

We loved the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was also full of options, and we enjoyed the variety. Suited location for a family vacation.
