Entrance bit tired.

Everything about the hotel was superb me and my partner both said that it was the best hotel ever.decor was a little tired other than that well pleased .

Everything was absolutely perfect! Close to the beach, clean, comfortable, good value for money. I must say that the food was fabulous! Every evening there were different shows (music, dance etc.) organized, which was so much fun. The place itself (Santa Susana) is peaceful and nice, we had a great time with the kids. Wifi was great, everyday cleaning, parking lot (paid extra, but worth it). You can, also, catch a free parking close to the hotel, but we didn`t want to take chances. All in all, one great experience!

Great Hotel with exceptional staff,special thanks to Pilar who changed our room because we were with the baby and had some uncomfortable issues.We were on full board,the restaurant is very clean,food fresh,always great variety.The restaurant staff always very polite,friendly,great attitude towards children. And the Most important thing about the restaurant -at breakfast a great nespresso coffee is available! Highly recommend the hotel.

Not much - the showers ran hot & cold at times, but nothing to complain about really.

Very friendly & helpful staff. The outside area & swimming pool was superb, plenty of comfy sun loungers & beautifully landscaped. The bar was really good & again staff were exceptional. There were fridges in each room & the reception gave me a kettle when I asked them. The left luggage facilities plus showers & ability to keep pool towels until we left was a real bonus too. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable & cleaning staff were very good.

Wifi has solid coverage, but is quite slow; Dinner menu is a lot less varied than before COVID. Quality is still great, just seems simpler than before; The paid room safebox option needs to go, it should be included into the base price.

I stayed in this hotel may times in the past before COVID and I am happy to report that it is still a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean; Beds are comfy and pillows are actually comfy too this time (was not the case a few years back); The staff is friendly and helpful; Perfect location for local hikes or if you arrived by car. Train station is a bit far (10-15 minutes on foot) otherwise.

The beds can be a bit more comfortable, especially the extensible couch. Food: the quality of the meat can be better 😋

The staff is very friendly, the value for the money is very good, perfect for family trips, plenty of nice places around to visit especially if you are by car but not only, the train connection to Barcelona is very good.

Our room has window to noisy strèet that never sleeps. People very loud even at 3 a.m.

The time of check out a bit early.

We really like the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. All staff are welcoming and attentive. Spacious room and wide pool. We also love the elegant restaurant with its buffet.

didn’t want a pool view room as noisy so didn’t pay for one, but when we arrived we were upgraded to pool view and told there weren’t any other rooms available as they were full. they were definitely not full and we didn’t enjoy the pool view room unfortunately

It’s the second time we stayed in this Hotel , friendly staff, receptionist Kamila very helpful.Hotel room have everything you need for a pleasant stay, large comfortable bed and bathroom that are clean.We have a half board meal plan, very good breakfast and dinner meals, huge choice of food. Pool area is very clean which I like.Definitely going back again.

We stayed for one night on our way to another location, but once we arrived we wished we had more time there. We didn't expect much, but it was a great stay! We took the half board (dinner and breakfast) and we were amazed the quality of food we got for such a small amount of money! The restaurant experience in this hotel was amazing! We traveled with a small dog and the pet service was also great! our dog got a toy and great treat.

They charged an additional fee for our pet even though there was no information about additional costs in the description — the only line you can find here is that pets are allowed. They did not charge it for the first time, but they did charge it this time, which did not feel nice (rather felt like cheating), and there was no one else apart from the receptionist to double-check it.

An excellent place. We stopped here for the second time, and almost everything was perfect.

It could be noisy at night from nearby bars and hotels. Unfortunately we had to keep the windows closed at night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good and varied. Although there were no tea making facilities in the room, there are kettles to borrow from reception. .
