Very nice place to stay. Great location near to public transport, supermarkets and walkable distance to Sagrada Família and Placa de Catalunya. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

everything was okay

the apartment is spacious, nice, has everything you need in the equipment, there is also a balcony. the location is perfect, literally 18 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia, right next to the hotel there are grocery stores and cafes. very comfortable bed, elevator to each floor, possibility to leave luggage

Wifi was very slow at times and I couldn’t even load google maps. Not enough shower gel and shampoo provided - only 2 tiny travel sized bottles for a 4-night stay. Bathroom could also use some updated decor and the bed was very creaky.

Our apartment was very spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Even had a TV with Netflix. Staff at reception were always very pleasant and allowed us to store our luggage after checking out. Location was great, a few minutes from 2 metro stations and different bus lines, and surrounded by restaurants. Felt safe at night too.

So noisy, the lift could be hear clearly from the master room what was annoying at the time to sleep. Also the mattress was deformed with 2 bigs holes.

We woke up several times in the night and the early morning because of different noises. Sometimes we heard our neighbours quite loud, the roller shutters or other regularly noises from the water pipes or the water pumps I guess. This was in every of the three nights we spent there for several times. One evening we just had cold water after one if us showered for 10 minutes. The staff told us to wait for roundabout 2 hours until it's going to be warm again. Wasn't that great on this rainy day!

Our apartment was quite large und really clean. The apartment is perfectly located when you want to be near the metro station and the estacio del nord where the autobuses arrive. We had just a four minutes walk when we got out ouf the autobus. You also have a good choice for fantastic restaurants with breakfast or for dinner which are all a few minutes' walk away.

Update to a modern bathroom. A bit dark. No bidet.

Housekeeping hit and miss and limited to replacing towels & taking out rubbish. Soundproofing not so good between units.

Just a thing.. it was missing a colander that for an italian is essential 😁 and the bedroom was no so illuminated

The strength point was for sure the location and the complete availability (24/7) of the staff for any inconvenience. The flat was cozy and as shown in the pics

There was no washing machine in the room, which was not as claimed on the Booking.com website. And the kettle was rusty.

The location was good as there were some restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy. And the kitchen had the pot and culinary.

Our apartment was with a terrible view, tiny balcony to the inner area and all the windows in other rooms were facing inner space, basically walls…

Very spacious, our toddler just loved it. Staff is very friendly. Location is quite close to everything. All the amenities like toaster, microwave, set of pans were there. Good ventilation, very warm in October.
