Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe room layout for interior courtyard room is awkward. The bed is next to the sink/kitchenette. Thankfully, it can be closed up by the foldable doors. TV connection is poor. Didnt take breakfast as it starts only at 8am. A simple menu.
Quiet. Has cutlery. Main lobby has honesty bar reasonably priced coffee & a complimentary water point conveniently located. eco-friendly. u can refill yr water bottles. Helpful staff like Veronica, Florin. Love-hate the lift system. U need to open the exterior glass door manually b4 entering the lift. Difficult if yr hands are full. But safe.

CyprusOnly one thing, which was sounds that could be heard from adjoining rooms, but we turned the air conditioning on which drowned out any sounds.
Fabulous location less than 5 minute walk from Metro station (Fontana). Room was very spacious, comfortable bed/pillows, small kitchen area with everything you need, including a microwave, a good size fridge & table with 2 chairs. Complimentary water available in reception area. Great shower, with shower gel, hand-wash & hairdryer provided in the bathroom. Towels changed & room clean as requested. Shutters on outside of the window to help keep the light out. Iron & ironing board provided on request. Staff were extremely polite & helpful. As it was my birthday during our stay, they bought a bottle of bubbly to our room, a lovely touch. Plenty of amazing restaurants/bars less than 5 minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great room including all the kitchen necessities. We also got the welcoming bag including dish soap, sponge, olive oil, salt and papper. In the bathroom there was shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and a fan. Every day we could request the room cleaning for the next day and clean towels. Location was great and close to metro and bus stations. Staff was lovely and helpful and also we got the gift after we checked out.

The worst thing by far was the noise - we could hear everything going on in the hallways, which wouldn't have been a problem if the commotion didn't start before 7am. We didn't mind it THAT much, but if someone is more sensitive to noise - keep that in mind.
The bed was very comfortable, the location amazing, staff friendly. One thing we extra loved - the foot massager! All in all we were satisfied with our stay.
