The kitchen equipment was very basic. Quite pricey.

The location was brilliant. Bang in the middle of the old city. The apartment was very spacious and the bathroom was great.

The apartment felt a bit too big for me, as I originally booked a studio and found it inconvenient to move between rooms just for simple tasks. The space felt somewhat dark, and the old furnishings made it feel less cozy and a bit dated. There was no kettle provided, despite it being listed as available, which was disappointing.

Great location in a calm and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Easy self check-in and check-out process, which made the arrival and departure hassle-free. I received a lovely upgrade to a larger apartment, which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was modern, with a great shower. There was an extra blanket available, which was helpful on cooler nights.

Small smell coming from pipework/drains, wasn't potent.

Very easy virutal self check-in process, the apartment was brilliant for a single traveller or couple. Toaster/Fridge/Freezer/Cooking Appliance and Sink. Room had air-temperature and alot of space with a lovely view of port-pollenca bay. Fantastic Value for money

The kitchen has hardly any cooking utensils. There is a bad smell coming from the drains. But keeping the bathroom door closed solved this problem.

The location was great and handy to great restaurants. The nearest beach is between a 15 to 20 minute walk from the apartment.

Rather basically furnished and could have done with more kitchen equipment. No contact with host. Virtual assistant check-in was straightforward (be sure to select language first!).

Very spacious apartment. Nice big shower. Large sliding doors to balcony gave open airy feeling & lovely views (note, not all apartments have balcony). Good location, on edge of old city. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

These apartments are 10 steps away from the Old Town, fantastic location, very comfortable and very quiet highly recommend. We only stayed one night (Saturday) to explore the Old Town in Alcudia and they were perfect

The bathroom was clean, but each time after we used the shower, the drain emitted a very foul stench. This ceased for an evening after housekeeping staff had visited, but we found we had to keep the bathroom door shut to avoid the whole apartment smelling. The facilities in the kitchen were very basic so it wouldn't really be suitable to prepare a meal for example.

The apartment was a very good size - a large living room, bedroom and separate kitchen/drying room. Air con worked well in both the living room and bedroom. The location was also very good - on the edge of the old town but not far (5min drive/15 min walk) from Port de Alcudia for onward travel

I had to wait 10 minutes to check in upon arrival because the host wasn’t at the front desk. But I called the number provided and he got there as quickly as he could.

The property was easily accessible, but it was just far enough from the main hotel strip that it didn’t feel super touristy. It was a also a huge space and I felt very comfortable. I could have stayed here for an entire week comfortably, but I only stayed one night.

I was forced to wait 40min for my check-in, since there was something broken in the bathroom. The air conditioning was only in the sleeping and living room, not in the kitchen or the bathroom. The air conditioner in the sleeping room was throwing out dirt, so that I could not use it, while in bed and the rest of the time I was forced to cover the bed with towels, to keep it clean. When I told the room staff about it, they just offer to change the bedsheets, but not to repair or clean the air conditionair.

The apartment was directly in the old town and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The apartment is big and there is a separated kitchen.

It was a bit cold, but there is AC so you can use it to warm up the place. There was no electric kettle but you can use the microwave to make tea.

Furniture was a bit dated (but clean). Kitchen missing kettle. Bedroom window faces inner block and neighbours can be noisy, so you have to choose between cold air and silence. Flushing toilet in upstairs flat makes noise.

Huge apartment, newly renovated bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, toaster), comfortable bed, clean sheets, in the beautiful centre of Alcudia, close to the bus and Mercadona supermarket. And reasonable price!

Old aircondition was loud and stinky and did not cool the air down. We suffered from the heat on hot August days. Kitchen was poorly equipped - missing basic equipment like kettle or coffee machine. Worst of all - in the bedroom there was mould on the wall (see photos).

We enjoyed the central location in Alcudia, proximity to Alcudia old town, nice view from the roof top, relatively easy to find parking spot. The cleaning crew did a very good job, even though the cleaning service was not provided everyday.

Air-conditioning was dripping droplets probably due to clogging (we didn't use it as we don't like ACs anyway). Would have been a problem but bed was large enough so we moved our pillows a couple inches lower. As we only stayed for a day and a half we didn't complain but we let the maintenance lady know when we left.

Very large and spacious flat, right inside the old town, so location was perfect. Nice balcony on the 4th, very comfy couches in the living room, large kitchen and nice bathroom.

Spacious apartment, much, much bigger then we expected. Old furniture, but in good condition. Perfect also for longer stays as there is a kitchen with basic cooking utensils and two large built in wardrobes. Location is amazing.
