We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe check-in is automatic and geared around people who are tech-savvy, which I'm not! There are no human beings involved (which is why I can't give a rating for the staff). The room itself is tiny - if you're a large chap like me you have to be very careful moving around, and the bathroom is worse: getting in and closing the door involves a lot of wriggling around! I sure wouldn't want to stay more than one night.
The room has everything you need for a stay, but in miniature. The location is pretty good, right in the centre, although it was a faff getting around the one-way system.

PolandCheck-in is a nightmare, twin beds were pretty small, mattress too soft, pretty small toilet, converting sofa into bed was not easy. In winter it's cold inside the flat during nights unless you keep the hot air con on all night long.

The room was compact and reasonably comfortable. The kitchenette was fairly well appointed, with a nice table and chairs to sit at for meals. The location is convenient for walking around the town and on street parking was easy to find. The remote key entry worked well.

Spainshower head broken and clip to hold it too. in our previous stay (1 moth ago) they provided shower gel & shampoo. This time nothing. When I queried it I was told first ‘they never provided it’; when I told them they did 1 month ago, they said ‘they no longer provide it’. The problem of no having any stuff on site.
