Public parking is a considerable distance away and pulling luggage on cobbled streets is not an easy task, recommendation would be to use a taxi to take you to the location or to use the parking facility available at the apartment.

The apartment was in a perfect location - the room itself was equipped with all necessities - Juan was very helpful - the absolute highlight is the roof terrace which is amazing and gives a personal view of the Alhambra. Will definitely return

Excellent location with fabulous views of the Alhambra from the roof terrace. Our host, Juan, was extremely helpful and the optional extras - particularly breakfast was really lovely. Our studio room was small, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The other staff members we met were really helpful too.

The apartments are really well positioned, within a short walk of the top attractions. The views of the Alhambra from the roof terrace were a big attraction for us but we hadn’t realised just how amazing they would be. Breakfast overlooking the Alhambra was a real treat and the breakfasts were generous and good. Juan and Nacho were super friendly and helpful including offering advice, recommending places to eat and drink and ordering a taxi to take us back to the train station. The rooms themselves are spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and clean. There are ample supplies of coffee, fruit etc provided in reception.

This is not a criticism of these apartments, just advice that this area is part of the old town that was not designed for cars, so parking and driving around there is very difficult; especially in a medium to large car. The upside of this is that walking around these old streets is so interesting, with so much to see and do. Just beware if you are trying to get there in a large car to possibly leave it elsewhere. Juan was very helpful with this also and has great knowledge of the location and went above and beyond to help make sure we got in and out safely. There was nothing about the apartments that we didn't like.

The location is excellent, with the terrace providing one the best views of the Alhambra. What a lovely place to relax and to eat your breakfast, which by the way we found to be very good quality and good value too. Juan and his staff were all so helpful when we needed them and yet provided such a relaxing environment that it felt like we were guests in his house and he looked after us like we were old friends. He is very knowledgeable about the area too and was happy to tell us about the place. His communication was excellent throughout with a very personal approach. His English is excellent also which was great as my Spanish is not unfortunately..... The building itself is built around the very old stone walls of Granada. The structure is interesting and well done and the rooms are well equipped with all you would need for a stay in Granada. We especially liked the attention to detail all around, including in the rooms, with shutters providing an authentic feel and making it fully dark if you wanted it to be, allowing you to sleep in if you needed. There was complimentary fresh fruit, tea and coffee with a coffee machine and kettle in the room, as well as cooking facilities if you needed them. We didn't use them much, as we were in Granada and as so, made the most of the tapa culture, with most bars providing some tapas with every round of drinks. And there are endless amounts of restaurants in the city with what seems to be every type of cuisine covered.

It wasn’t a problem for us but the Albaicin area is very old with narrow cobbled streets and driving to the apartment would be difficult. We parked in the San Cristobal car park which was very easy to find, secure and made for stays of up to a week. The walk down to the apartment was about 15 minutes although you could take a taxi and get closer.

In the Albaicin area with excellent views of the Alhambra from the terrace - view was better than from the viewing point higher up the hill! Very atmospheric area. Apartment was in old property with part of the old city wall incorporated in it. Juan was very welcoming, informative and helpful. Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return if in Granada.

Not really a complaint, but just be prepared to climb a big hill and then a few flights of stairs, in the heat, at the end of any outing. But it’s worth it to stay in the old part of town.

From the bus stop from the train station it is a reasonably challenging walk with luggage up to the apartmentos (for old people like us). We left by taxi which Juan arranged and which was much easier.

A wonderful host Juan (and his associate) offered advice and assistance on everything to ensure we had a great stay (getting about, local eateries, transport). Good coffee, tea and even some fruit were provided free. Our apartment had a view onto the street below which was good for people watching. The view from the breakfast terrace has spectacular views of the Alhambra (which entrance is a 20 minute walk away).

Location was fantastic! Quiet and easy access to all activities. We love to walk so its location was great. Juan was super helpful and extremely responsive. He was friendly and informative. This location helped make Granada our favorite location we visited in Spain.
