Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe lack of an elevator was a significant drawback, especially when carrying heavy luggage or groceries.
It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The excellent location was another highlight, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The spacious layout of the apartment made it feel comfortable and home-like, providing ample room for all my belongings. The well-equipped kitchen was a delight, allowing me to prepare meals conveniently and enjoy cooking during my stay. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, which offered a lovely view and a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee or evening drinks.

United KingdomThe idea of no proper reception is ridiculous!!! There should be staff present on the site 24/7!!! The fire alarm something triggered the fire alarm in the premises and it took 25 MINUTES for someone to come switch it off. Someone in our party is diagnosed with various neurological conditions and this incident nearly triggered her having a panic attack. I was promised some sort of compensation for this, but never received anything. And no bidet in the bathroom😳 What’s with that? Since there is no restaurant in the premises, vending machines with drinks and snacks would be a very welcomed addition.
The pool was big enough to do some actual swimming. As I’m disabled and don’t really walk, swimming is what l do. A working shower by the pool was a bonus. Also good thinking not paving the deck with stone that gets über hot in the sun or slippery when wet👍🏻. However, one of the ladders in the pool was missing a step and due to this my son got injured climbing out of the pool. Health and safety needs to be taken very seriously in secluded public places like this!

GermanyAt the weekends there are young people who could be very loud and swim night in the swimming pool when it's not allowed. Some people from outside come in the evening to take shower and swim in the swimming pool which looks not so secure.

GermanyYour door pass is valid only from 4 pm, no earlier,pay attention if you travel with children, it may be a bit complicated, as there is no wc outside your apartments. It’s better to have your own warm blankets, cause the ones you have in a room you may feel uncomfortable.
We are absolutely satisfied with this Apart Hotel. Location is super. It was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary wares of good quality, big fridge, what was important for us, as we like cool fruit and beverages. We like password door lock, as you don’t need any key, cosy balcony. The pool was clean and not crowded.

GermanyWould not recommend to families with children. There are many young people who are drinking, smoking, shouting the whole night and make parties. On some days it's not possible to sleep at all because it's very loud and not possible to open windows at all. No quite hours during the night at all. No WiFi although it's mentioned when you book the property. Even your own mobile connection is very poor on this place.

ChileThey don't have double beds, I fell between the mattress . Wool blankets are not comfortable. The sofa is not comfortable to watch TV. You need to carry your luggage upstairs.. the is a percolator but no kettle. Shower stream is low.
Since the town is very small, you can walk anywhere in 20 minutes. There is a beautiful sea ridge walk nearby. Very quiet. Beach is 15 minutes walk.
