We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyAn elevator would have been of some help...but I am an old man! XD!
The room was small but cozy and perfectly kept, but the fantastic extra was the terrace: enormous and exposed to all sides! The host girl, Ilaria, a perfect example of hospitality: friendly, professional and just lovely! The location of the apartment was perfect: close to the beach and to the center of the town.

PortugalThe apartment needs a little uplift. The refrigerator was broken and the bathrooms had some small problems. But nothing serious that cannot be easily fixed. Parking was difficult, the car had to be parked in a public place about 400m away from the apartment.
The apartment has a great location, just a couple of minutes away from a great beach, great restaurants, shops, and all you need for a great stay. The staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast

IrelandOutdoor showers to wash off sand before entering the apartment would have been very helpful. Prices for eating out were expensive.
Breakfast was excellent and host Luis was very welcoming. Reception manager Illaria was super friendly and could not have been nicer or more friendly. Thank you Illaria and Luis.

The flat is very nice and cozy, clean and with a fantastic location just 2 minutes walking to Es Pujols promenade. Ilaria was super nice and available, we stayed 3 nights only but we would have stayed much longer.

Absolutely great value for money! Wonderful location in terms of restaurants and shops nearby, it was very clean and it had everything we needed. the windows were really good and isolated all the noise from the street. they cleaned the place regularly. It was just perfect! Ilaria was wonderful and super helpful!

GermanyIt took half an hour to get into the room. The hotel & reception is quite hidden and it was nobody there, so I had to (find and) go to a close by restaurant to get someone for check-in. No super big deal but my wife was waiting with our baby in the heat, so the check-in instruction is def. sth. what should get improved. Parking is about 3-4 min walk (nothing in front) but that's normal for the entire area.
Great location and very convenient if you prefer to have many restaurants, beach, shops, etc. in a short walking distance. Overall a very nice room and very very clean. :-)

Great location, literally 1 min walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and the cleaning staff kept it clean throughout our stay. Most of all, everyone from the staff was very friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Ilaria who made sure everything was perfect.
