Water pressure in the shower was lacking, to say the least. And fluctuating temperatures which made you jump once in a while, and in a slippery shower stall that is not a good thing for people age 70+ . Or at any age for that matter. I was also surprised there were no smoke detectors, thought that was mandatory.

Location was good, felt a bit like being in the suburbs even though it was just beside the promenade above the beach. Beds were comfortable even for an old geezer like me. The apartment was air conditioned and well equipped, the balcony had sunbeds, a good table, plenty of chairs, a big collapsible drying rack and a retractable motorised sunshade.

had an issue with the floor in the living area on our second last day. no idea what happened but we think the maid spilled a lot of water on the floor which made the floor raise quite signifyingly we reported this but were aware the whole floor would need to be lifted to repair the problem as such with the usual Spanish flair we were told to put a chair on the affected area to prevent tripping hmmmm. anyway apart from that our stay was as expected, only grip was the beds and pillows which to us was a little uncomfortable but as this is a personal preference hey ho. would stay here again no problem.

Kitchen utensils need updating, apart from this the kitchen has is well equipped for cooking.

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment, it’s location is excellent. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants, food shops etc. I highly recommend it. We arrived after 9pm but were still met by a very friendly employee who showed us around the apartment and gave us valuable information about the area, it was a good start to the holiday.

The kitchenette is a little dated now and could use a refit, although clean and functional as is. The bathroom is very small and the shower floods the bathroom if caution is not taken! Saying that, the water pressure is great, with plenty of hot water!

Lovely small and very quiet complex of just 15 apartments, with garden and pool, and direct access out onto the promenade. The apartment was small but well equipped and comfortable, although the bed was a little hard for my liking. The staff there were friendly and attentive and the apartment was cleaned daily. It was our second stay there, and would certainly consider it again in the future!

For me it was perfect since I spend most of my time by the beach. If you look for a place where you spend most of the time by the pool this is not the place to go. The pool area and the pool is small but clean. Not a place for children that wants to play around.

Peace and quiet. Close to the boardwalk and beach. No disturbance at all. I loved the fresh bread hanging on the the door every morning. What a nice gesture. A a bottle of wine in the room when arriving made me feel welcome. Apartment is small but had everything I needed. The bed was great. Slept like a baby.

We didn't have any issues. Everything went smoothly.

Our second visit this year and we continued to enjoy the peaceful location and facilities. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic noise and an easy level walk to the Cita centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. In the other direction the beach, Annexo bar and restaurant area and dunes is a short walk away. We found that everything in the apartment worked and it was very well equipped. Staff were always helpful. The terrace was large- enough space for a table with four chairs, two sun beds and a clothes airer. We didn't use the poolside area but it appeared very well maintained. Taxi pick-up on arrival was appreciated and daily delivery of rolls meant we could have a leisurely breakfast.

The apartment we booked was spacious. There was a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. Every morning there was fresh bread provided which was a nice addition. The apartment was cleaned often almost daily. The staff were very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. Locationwise we were close to the dunes and also had Cita shopping centre nearby for groceries and having a bite. All in all, very happy with our stay at Apartmentos Patricio .
