Needs a new bath as this one is worn and grubby Towels were only changed once in the week Wardrobe was tiny and difficult to hang clothes

We stayed in second block and after paying 10 euros for WiFi, we were told it didn't work in second block,not good enough in this day and age.we went in early April and pool and surrounding area was closed,also they charged for sunbeds 3 euros per day,

Apartment was spotless and very big,balcony was also big,with comfortable chairs, kitchen had everything we needed

We didn't have any hot water for 3 days which was solved eventually. We had to wait 6 days before towels were changed. The corridors in the block were in need of decoration and lucked scruffy.

The apartment itself was lovely, clean and a great location. Good sized balcony with views of the sea.

Just a few little items needed sorting, we told the man on reception who we have come to know as we have stayed numerous time's and he got them sorted.

The position of these apartments are excellent, they are very secure and roomy, and good value for what you pay..

Wasn't informed before we arrived that you couldn't use swimming pool,would have booked another apartment. Lack of communication with Cergio receptionist. Stayed 3weeks cleaned once. Lack of cooking items. Towels changed took 3 left 2. We have stayed before so know what to expect but if you haven't stayed before - lack of instructions ie. Lift needs a key to operate, turning on electricity, gas bottle exchange, water runs very slow.

Pool we had no access to the pool as it was only available from June, we were a bit disappointed. A little bit of trouble with hot water but got resolved the following day.

There is nothing to put here as everything overall was good. The apartment I had is perfect for a solo traveller or for a 'close' couple. The TV could do with being upgraded, and in this day and age, wi-fi should be provided as standard.

I have stayed here previously, and although I did not request it, I was given the same apartment as I had had previously. The apartment is very clean, with a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool [no users of the pool that I could see]. The pool was cleaned about twice a week with one of those robot cleaners. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, if a bit cramped. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a new shower head but was otherwise very clean. There was plenty of towels and spare blankets, pillows etc. I really enjoyed my stay here, but I was alone. If I had been with a partner or friend I believe I would have found the space a bit too small for an extended stay [I was there for just over 2 weeks].

We had to check out 10am,but ourflight was not until 11pm. We asked could we have a shower,reception guy just said no,he was most unhelpful.,and grumpy. In this day that is a disgrace,spoiled our holiday

The double bed was two singles pushed together so uncomfortable and the kettle was a health hazard my partner went to pick it up after it had boiled and burned his hand as the handle was boiling hot

On arrival, there is no indication of where this building is. I mean none. The taxi driver left me outside a building and that was it. After going up and down the area several times it ended up that I had to go in to the supermarket to ask for directions, the lady in there was obviously used to this question, she rolled her eyes and pointed to the building next door. I went in, only to be told that I needed to go to the building at the end of the street... when I got there [still no signage at all] I was met by a dour man who just handed me the keys, took my payment and then I had to go back to the first building which was where I was staying....all in all, it took over an hour and was very frustrating. The staff in the building I stayed in however were very friendly and always said hola when I was going in or out.

The apartment was a one room with separate bathroom. It had a fully equipped kitchen [ including a full size oven] with microwave, toaster, coffee machine [paper filter type] and a large fridge. Main part of room had twin beds, large balcony. View from the balcony was directly over the large swimming pool. I cannot comment on the pool area as it seemed to be closed [I was there in November] but the maintenance man was out every morning cleaning the pool/ pool area. Security was very good, as you needed a special key to operate the lift.
