It's not really a mark down but it is very noisy. There's a 24h cafe below and the British square is a stones throw away. BUT you don't go to benidorm for peace and you can't have it both ways.

The apartment was just as the pics. Lovely and clean modern fittings. Separate kitchenette with 4 hob cooker, fridge freezer and even a washing machine. Separate bedroom and Lovely big balcony

Hard to find anything! Sometimes can hear noise from nearby bar which is open till early morning. Pool area could be too quiet for some people.

Newly refurbished room. Spotlessly clean. The apartment has hob, microwave, fridge freezer,kettle, toaster, and washing machine. Great location, near the strip and not far from the beach. Nice pool area, usually very quiet. Secure building, main gate always locked.

The sofa is not the most comfortable but sufficient. Air con in the main lounge and kitchen area but not in the bedrooms, which would be a problem in the hotter months, we opened the windows but the noise of Benidorm was loud! The lifts were also a little temperamental but in all a good apartment.

The apartment was large enough to accommodate three adults easily with a good size terrace area. Great location for the main strip and short walk to the beach.

Only 1 air-conditioning unit in lounge for whole apartment. No ceiling fans. Staff Moving furniture disturbed sleep in mornings.

The screen on the balcony was not see through so not a good view to people watch, but other than that, all good.

Only 2 keys allocated for a 4 person room. Proves difficult at night if everyone doesnt arrive back together as without a key you cannot gain entrance to gated complex. I would happily pay extra for the safety of knowing you had own key.

The check out time was far too early especially for an apartment which was not a serviced apartment. Expecting people to check out on a Sunday morning at 10:00 is completely unreasonable. However, we knew this so we enquired about a late check out and we were advised by the receptionist at the Hotel Perla we did not have to book the late check out but if we did oversleep then we would just need to pay the 50€ which was clearly displayed on the reception desk. We did sleep in and we were prepared to pay the 50€ but when we checked out we were charged 80€ - equivalent to another overnight stay, so we may as well have stayed another night and ensured we checked out the next morning before 10:00, unfortunately we could not do this so we ended up having to pay the 80€. We were told the 50€ charge related only to the actual hotel. Very disappointing to say the least and the receptionist was very rude, unhelpful and not considerate to our situation. No-one even came to the room to clean it at 10:00 so why the demand on an early check out perplexed us. We believe this to be a deliberate ploy to extract additional income. Will NEVER use these apartments again and whilst the check out times are noted on Booking.com they are not clear when it comes to the "punishment" should you choose to check out late.

The location was ideal and we knew exactly where we were staying as we have visited Benidorm many times before. The apartment was modern, the shower was excellent and the kitchen facilities were first class.
