Breakfast room/dining room very noisy..a but like a cantine with white walls, bright lights. Very busy at breakfast.

Very clean. Lovely staff both at reception and the cleaning team. Studio felt quite large, good little kitchen, comfortable beds. Balcony looked onto swimming pool. Large swimming pool - felt relatively quiet. 15min from town center and plenty of buses available to travel around the island.

In some rooms you can hear the noise from nearby busy street.

Apartments are really spacious with terrace, kitchen and large bathroom. Breakfast and dinner are tasty and there is a lot to choose from. The hotel garden is very pleasant with lots of greenery. The facility is a bit older, but very clean.

For my first visit of Tenerife, I spent 2 nights at Apartamentos Masaru and it was absolutely fabulous! The staff was amazing, friendly and always willing to help. From the attitude of all hotel staff, I felt like in 5-star hotel. The garden and pool were really nice, and the location is only few steps from all the shops and restaurants. I also appreciate the cleanness and spacious room with all equipment needed - such as fridge, cooker, microwave. When I travel to Puerto de la Cruz in the future, I would definitely go to this place again :) Highly recommended.

Breakfast diversity is ok. Mostly eggs, sweet bagels, sausages and oat for breakfast. Fruits were very good. Love the bananas which are locally grown Dinner choice was also ok. Mostly one type fish, pork, and few vegetables. Sometimes risotto with vegetables or shrimps. Squid and scallops were a bad choice. Hotel should add more side options to the meat or fish. 5/7 dinners were ok, this other two times, not so good. Good choice of sweets, but some days it was same but altered a bit in shape and presentation. Beds were so so, one of the bed legs was loose and slightly unstable. Lightning in the room is very bad during night. Old type of the room but bathroom was ok. Stuff was friendly so as cleaning lady. Pool was not used, but seemed clean and big. Overall it was a good choice to stay here for reasonable price. Would recommend for someone who won't stay at the hotel all day, but to use it for eating and sleeping only. If you prefer enjoying hotel type of vacation, would prefer you another one which has modern decoration and more to offer.

The breakfast was not good. The fridge in the kitchen makes way too much noise and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from next door rooms.

Very clean and nice hotel. Good pool area and nice staff. There is a tennis court and you can hire a tennis teacher. The food at the pool bar and inside bar was good.
