The 6 or 7 young girls next door (who turned up on our 2nd night) partied all night, loud music, screaming, singing & dancing , we could hear everything. Their dancing on the balcony was thumping through the whole apartment.. resulting in no sleep at all. Cant understand why they didn't just go to the club/bars across the road 🤷‍♀️ No reflection on the actual apartment though. We're in our 50s and still like a good party but these girls were over the top, we were so glad to get home & have a good night sleep 😴

Perfect Location, beach a minute walk. Lovely balcony, very sunny a bit later on in the day & evening.. nice size apartment & very secure, allowed us to check in early 👌 big bonus! Bars & clubs across the road, open till 4am / 6am .. the sound from them didn't really affect our sleep. Night life here is endless! Bus from airport (the A11) took 35 to 40 mins & only a few euros, it stops less than 10 minutes walk from apartment. Lovely restaurants around the area. Shops & takeaways every other shop.. not to mention tattoo studios, most are open all night long. I would stay here again 😊

If I must say anything it would probably be the lack of dish washing products and/or soap in general for showering. It could’ve been cleaner.

It was really close to basically everything and to travel to the bus stop, you used this beautiful road through the park just beside the apartements. And from there you could travel to palma for just 5 euros with bus!

Microwave lead didn’t reach the plug which meant we took the microwave off the shelf every time we used it

I wish we could change the towels after 2 days. We were there for 4 days, 3 nights. We had a towel each and 2 hand towels which is great, but I wish they were changed so we had fresh towels for the final day. But it is not a major issue. The floors in the room are also quite dusty - which I know is difficult when people are using the room day in and day out, but I would say to make the rating go from a 8 to a 10, would be to have fresh towels after 2 days, and for the floors to be mopped and cleaned. Everything else was absolutely spot on!

Very easy. The gentlemen on the reception desk - We have know for 3 years now as we visit the same time every year. He is very polite and helpful. The rooms are cheap, but are very good. Everything you need are in the rooms. There is 24 hour number to call if there are any issues. The receptionist also runs the little shop right outside of the hotel gates, so there is always someone around if you need them for anything. Secure, with physical keys and you get a set each. There is big gates at the front of the Apartments, so it is secure. Safe in the room and WIFI you need to pay extra but that is ok.

I was aware it was a basic appartment but provided for our needs. Centrally located not a place to stay if you want peace and quiet, but we didnt.

bit noisy at night when clubs open, but if you close balcony and door to bedroom, noise is gone fans are good, but not perfect, AC would be definitely recommended

It was too close to the strip if you ever wanted a quite night , would be great.if party animal bit the strip can be 24/7 music till 7 am and load so not.good if have kids or want to be in bed early

No air conditioning in the apartment, just a fan. Hot weather, old bed matrass is making sleep almost impossible on top of that Red Tiger night club across the road, is the loudest on the strip, so you have music and shouting people till 6am. After parties are finished, street cleaning is starting, it is quite noisy. Apartment suits for young people for 2-3 nights,to experience Magaluf strip life. We have stayed 8 nights, as in the description there was no mention about the conditions and was too late to exchange. Bathroom- towels are changed every 3 days, they are clean but quite old. Soap is only by the sink and none in the shower, have your own! Kitchennet - no necessary goods for cleaning or preparing food. No washing up liquid or sponge, no knife to slice your goods or chopping board,no salt or sugar or oil just to start cooking :), but there is Aldi 10 min away. There are plates and working hob, no kettle if you wanted coffee. No bin bags left, we upcycled bags from the shops. The lift to the top floor was only operating till 8 or 9 in the evening, we been told they turning it off to protect peace for people staying on the top floor apartments. Pictures on the advertise are definetly more than 10 years old, do not match the reality. Everything is very old, owners probably dont see a point to upgrade because this place is for party people, so they dont care. We did't spend much of the time in the apartment, because holiday purpose was to explore around. over all apartment is not comfortable just about OK.
