We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Requested top floor and sea view and was lucky to get both as not all rooms have a sea view. The pool bar was excellent value for money.

Great complex and apartments. We arrived after the reception closed but there is a number to ring on the door and someone arrived out with our key cards. The apartment was a seen on the photos advertised. AC in the sitting room as well as both bedrooms. The mattresses on the bed were fantastic and no issues with sleep. There is a hob and microwave in the kitchen but no oven. There is breakfast provided in the adjacent building, 2 min walk away. Hot and cold foods available. Regarding the location, it was excellent. Turn left when you go out the gate and it's 10 mins walk to the Yumbo centre, turn right when you go out the gate and it's also about 10 mins to the beach. The staff in the complex were very friendly and nice. The room was cleaned every second day. Also the entrance, walkways and pool area were cleaned regularly as well. There is a pool bar but we never went to it. We really enjoyed our stay and would have no problem staying here again.

Netherlands1 bed room have 2 beds with a old quality change these beds into the same as the other one! It will make a big difference. The years before we always received a bottle of red wine this year there wasn't.

IrelandNot a major issue, but the check out time should be moved to 12pm instead of 11am, as reception opens from 12pm. But somebody was around to do this for us and store our luggage until we were ready to leave.
The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarket and Yumbo centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly, with a lovely buffet breakfast each morning and a bottle of wine on arrival. We especially loved the adults only pool which was so peaceful away from the main pool, and the little terepins near reception were fun to watch. Would stay here again.

United KingdomWe had a 2 bedroom apartment with terrace, rather than a balcony. Apartment was spacious, beds were very comfortable. Free WiFi, cleaned every day except Sunday. Towels changed every 3 days. Bottle of wine upon arrival and a voucher for a drink for each member of the party at the pool bar. Totally unexpected but a real nice touch. Good location but like all accommodation those hills are heart attack material!! Deffo use them again when back in Gran Canaria

United KingdomThe WiFi, at least in our room was very slow and many times was completely unreliable.
We have stayed at this ☆☆ hotel in January 3th, for week, when it's the peak season in Grand Canaria, specially the Mas Palomas area. The location of hotel is perfectly placed, 5 min walk to Playa del Ingles and 10 min to the famous Yumbo Centre. Good shops around as well if you need to buy some food to cook in the apartament. We got the flat no. 108, which I think is the best one, with a good terrace, lounge chairs and a terrace table to enjoy the outdoors. The breakfast included was pretty good. The hotel's pool area was cozy and the pool itself was heated. Overall for the price paid, the 2 rooms apartament had exeeded our expectations.

United KingdomThe bar/cafe at the pool area was rarely open despite signs up saying it was. When it was open was fantastic food and cocktails but was only open 2 or 3 days out of the 8 we were there.
All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms/apartments were spotless and well furnished. Older style but I prefer that. The rooms are cleaned well daily. Breakfast was good.

United Kingdomthe pool bar was not open on Sundays and Mondays so no where to buy drinks snacks, says open 12 till 5 but opened most days quarter to 1 but staff there were extremely friendly and the food and drinks were good.
