Not a big problem but if you’re bringing a car, it’s important to note that you’ll have to look for a free street parking outside the area and just walk to the place or pay for one of the parking facilities nearby (which is expected in big cities).

Unbeatable location! It’s within walking distance to most of the must-see spots in Valencia and surrounded by amazing bars, cafés, and restaurants. The check-in process was simple and we didn’t have any issues getting in and out of the place. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Valencia.

smell very bad, there was a bugs in the bathroom, but overall clean, location is close to things but not the best if you open windows you see 6 huge boxes of garbage and garbage truck comes at the late night and takes them 10 mintutes to replace and a lot of noise

Perfect location with open doors to french balcony looking out on a small city square. Perfect place to have an afternoon drink and listen to the city sounds. Good wifi, good airco. All furniture basic bit okay. Very good value for money, I would book again.

The property is set in a most beautiful square but at night can generate a bit on noise.

Our deal-break issue with the services was their inability to issue an invoice for the cost at the end of the stay and not even one week from the check out (or at all!). And they seem not to know that they don`t have that capacity. Otherwise I can`t imagine why they will not tell you that if you ask BEFORE booking (you know the option to ask the property things before booking) or when you gently remind them what you put in your initial request when booking. I gentle reminded Santiago the last days of my stay but to no avail. Before the last day I got the information that I need to write an email requesting the invoice with details of the booking, I did that, two times with reminders. No answer. It is text book that if you are just misleading a business costumer his annoince will grew bigger. If it wasn`t for that - to negatively impact the entire stay when you know that by not having the invoice and not changing the accomodation with one that is able to issue an invoice for the costs - you have to pay for the whole stay when it was a business trip and you could be reinbursed. It is simple: You can`t issue invoices - just say so - the client will change the accomodation that issue an invoice. End of story. Apart from that the checking (self-checking in - you have to have access to internet) went well. I did not ask for other services. Another smaller issue to be expected (but however stronger than in other cases - you have to be slightly insensitive or stay little at home as I did) - is the bad smell in the area of the first 2 rooms (not in the badroom however wich allows a decent experience overall). If you are sensitive change option. Last thing that I dassaprove is the fact that Santiago asked for the highest mark on the review and give negative feedback in private. Appart from teaching consumer psychology, the whole principle of the reviewing process is to prevent negative emotions of the tourists like I had. Positive and negative feedback is feedback.

The property is very close to the Lonja de la seda (probably few other accomodations meet this criteria to be that central in the old town). The old building is, as a structure as good as you can find it they seem to have done an excellent job at repurposing an old house in a modern accomodation for tourism. From this point of view is one of the finest job I`ve seen around the globe in repurposing an old house as part of cultural heritage (they even manage to squeeze an elevator). Well done! Great job! Another strong point is the fact that the photos and description of the room is accurate (I teach consumer psychology in tourism and even as a simple guest you probably had a lot of bad experiences in that area). Not this time, at least for me (I was in the balcony room) what they advertise is what you`re getting. Good job! As a structure and as a location if you are into staying in old town/old houses near the km 0 of old town this is your place.

The property was good enough. There was a washing machine, but there was no hairdryer. I am very clean person so the room cleanness was not good enough for me. There is no welcome pack for the guest, no shampoo, no water maybe those can be considered for your future guests. Other than this, everything was good. We felt like we were at home. Thank you.

The location was perfect. It is in the centre El Carmen area and everything is one walk away.

It did not affect us - but for some the noise of people outside in the evening can be loud. We liked the buzz!

The apartment was central and the windows of the apartment looked out onto the plaza. It is a couple of minutes walk to the indoor Food Market, bakeries and cafes. In the plaza itself are wine bars and restaurants - narrow streets lead off the plaza which also have places to eat and socialise. The different sites of interest are all close by. It was lovely to hear the near-by church strike the hour. This old part of Valencia is wonderful and this apartment which is basic but comfortable and clean, offers the opportunity to be right in the heart of it all. We would stay here again! (Also it was very good to know that we could contact Santiago, the apartment staff member, if we needed any help).

Don't expect an early night :) It's a party town and they let you know it. At least it was during my stay.

Central location easy walk to everything in the old town. Comfortable apartment with elevator access, a big plus. Lovely ambience hearing the Flamenco singer and accordion player sounds coming from the square below.

Air conditioning is located in the living area and not working properly, one night we had to sleep in the couch just because it was too hot in the bedroom. Not enough towels, it’s pretty simple, apart from the location.

Lighting poor as several bulbs not working. Reported in to the host. Also didn’t find the remote for the air con until we were leaving as it was behind the tv.

Spacious enough for 2. Any more would have been a squeeze. Kitchenette and shower room adequate for our 1 night stay. Excellent location in Old Town, just around the corner from the Cathedral. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Location of the apartment also the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a few days breakaway.Wifi was free also much appreciated air conditioner.Very modern interior, in the middle of very old buildings.

No issues with the room itself, but the restaurants downstairs were fairly loud late into the evening.

The room was spacious and very nice. It was very convenient to have the washer, stove and refrigerator. communication with the host was quick and easy.

It can sometimes get noisy, but only once after 3 am, and this was after the pride. Bed is on the harder side, which some people enjoy.

Amazing location, easy checkin even when arriving around midnight. Lots of freedom to move around. Airco very welcome. Lots of space and two balconies. Well equipped kitchen and able to make tea and espresso. Clean.

The noise from the bar across the street was a bit of a bummer. Of course we expected some liveliness staying in the city center, but there's a sports bar across the street and people hanging around at the square in front of the apartment that seemed to keep going all night long for 4 nights in a row. Make sure to bring good earplugs!

The apartment was very clean, facilities were simple but everything that we needed. The location was very central, we could walk anywhere from here. All the attractions and nice restaurants in the old city center were just a few minutes away. We were just 1 minute away from the Mercat Central, Lonja de la Seda, Mercad Redona, and many other great places. Easy access with access code and locker box was also a plus! And there's a place to store luggage just around the corner.
