We stayed in block 3 and it is in dire need of refurbishment. The windows rattle, the couch had holes from wear and tear and the shower you weren’t sure if you were going to get any hot water. The bed that was put in the living room for me was very small (I’m only 165cm!) and could barely stretch out, so to be mindful of if booking for 3 people in a 1 bed. However my kids would’ve fitted fine.

The location was excellent, 5 minute walk to the beach, great bar and restaurant options within a couple of minutes and a reasonably priced supermarket just across the road. The terrace was also a great size with 2 Sunbeds and it was all immaculately clean.

Shower was weak and hot water a bit hit and miss, also the rattling patio doors and windows were very annoying!

We stayed in block one, very basic, I'd liken it to the old pontins / butlins chalets, 2 massive cock roaches during our stay, yes I know it's lanzarote but still not nice, if I stayed again it would have to be in the newer blocks

The only negative is there is no courtesy room with a shower if u have a late flight. We were allowed to stay by the pool after checking out and you are able to leave your luggage in a safe place.

The only thing that let the stay down was being woke up every morning at 4-5am. We stopped in block 3 this time and the bar below were moving tables and chairs for a while every morning

Had difficulty getting WiFi connected would drop as soon as you got on, did report it but nothing helped, luckily the bar next door to my block (1) was easy to connect to & had no problem connecting outside the other 2 blocks, had some noisey neighbours above me so sleep was disturb, but you can get that anywhere.

Perfect location to explore, most bars really close by but No noise from them, would recommend staying here, I will be booking again, many thanks for a lovely experience as I was on my own and felt completely safe.

We stayed in block 1, top 1 bedroom apartment (133) and we can't complain at all. The hotel is less then 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacy, etc. Everywhere is just walking distance. The beds were so comfy, kitchen we'll equipped. All staff was so nice, smiling and always helpful. The cleaning is 5 times a week. The terrace area is huge. Just one thing which is not there is a hairdryer. We would recommend it to all who don't want to spend huge money and enjoy beautiful Lanzarote.

Never seen a cleaner the whole 6 day's we were there, we had to go out and buy toilet roll as it was not replenished when it ran out.

Loved the location, handy as a meeting place for friends to meet us at the Black Bull
