Highly recommend this place to all those those who are planning a trip to Granada. The location is central and the area is peaceful. Really appreciate the host who handed over the keys and made sure our stay was comfortable. He was kind enough to provide recommendations for all the places worth visiting and facilitated us in every possible way.

The apartments was compact but had everything we would need (crockery, cutlery, basic coffee, microwave). It was dated but very clean and comfortable. It was on the fist floor but there was a lift. The best thing was the host: he met us at the door, brought us up and showed us where everything was. He also pointed out nearby facilities, places to eat (lovely fish restaurant next door) and also the direction of the the main sights from the property. In fact, prior to our going, he texted several times and advised us to buy our tickets for the Alhambra and Palaces in advance. A 5-10mins walk got you into the big plazas and Granada Cathedral. The Alhambra is visible high above the the town. There are local buses that can take you up for a couple of euros from Plaza Isobel La Catolica (no 30, 32).

The only thing we did not like were the noisy neighbours from the apartment next to us, who for an hour tried to unsuccessfuly unlock their door at 4am. But it happened only one night, the next one was okay. In general you cant hear what is happening in the other apartments or on the street, the problem was they were noisy in the corridor where the entrance to apartment is.

Salvador is a great host, he was very nice and gave us many tips. He even provided us with a kettle and left some biscuits and pastry for the breakfast. The apartment is 10-15 minutes from the city centre, so the location is amazing as well.

Good location, close to the subway that connects the train station and the bus station. The room is clean, equipped with a refrigerator and a coffee maker. At a distance of 10 minutes, you reach the main street, full of shops, cafes and places to eat.

Modern, clean and well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, with everything you need a few meters away (restaurants, pubs, pastry shops, grocery stores, commercial bank). And the host, Salvador, grade 10+! He gave us a lot of recommendations from tourist attractions (with a map of the city) to restaurants / tapas bars, including parking space (with payment) for the rented car, located 10-15 minutes away. Check in done together, at the time we wanted. Easy check out. Moreover, we were welcomed with sweets, water and beer! Thank you, Salvador, for all you have given us! All the best!

When we stayed in Granada it was cold and the AC was broken. Salvador had arranged 2 heaters, but the room and especially the stone floor stayed very cold. Also the walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbours talk, sneeze or walk around. For us this didn't matter too much, but just a point to note.

As many other guests already mentioned in their review, Salvador is truly a super host. He was already awaiting outside when we arrived and immediately started explaining all sorts of things. Prior to our arrival he already sent many tips via whatsapp and I am sure that if we asked for more tips, he would have give us more. The location is super nice, not in the center center, but just right next to it. 5-7minutes walk and you're there. Parking the car in a garage nearby can be arranged by Salvador and works perfectly. Also only 5-7min walk. Wifi works perfectly, coffee available in the room and 2 cans of beer in the mini bar.

The apartment is in the best location. 10 min walk from the centre. Bakery across the road and two small supermarkets on the same street. The flat was CLEAN AND very well equipped. But the MAIN benefit is the HOST, senor Salvador. THE ABSOLUTE BEST. he helped well beyond the duty of care. Highly recommend

We loved the location of the apartment. Walking distance to the touristy attractions but in a very non touristy area. Salvador was extremely helpful and recommended lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. We tried most of them and loved everyone! For any craft brewery fans in town, I recommend Captain Amargo and Amsterdam Cafe Pub. Also loved the Los Cahorros walk about a 20 mins drive from Granada, another great recommendation from Salvador! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and everything we need (restaurant, grocery store, etc) are within walking distance. It is also very new, modern, and impeccably clean. Salvador is very friendly, helpful and responsive to all our needs. He has a rare personal touch. He provided free drinks and snacks on the first day which we did not expect. He also provided us a map of the city and suggested the attractions to visit. He was also there to meet us when we arrived and when we left. He called the taxi for us to take us to the bus station. This feeling sum it all: there are places where we regretted staying and want to leave as soon as possible, but Salvador's apartment is one of the rare ones that we regret not staying longer.

Fantastic communication with Salvador, the host. He met me to give me the keys and even helped me find a parking spot since I forgot to reserve a space in advance (as he had recommended). It's a short walk to the old town (10-15 minutes) and about thirty minutes walking to Alhambra. The apartment had all the things needed for a short stay. There were also some great restaurants right around the corner with a local feel (and lower prices).
