In a quiet area with not many restaurants in a short walking distance but that was fine for us as we had the car and like to explore. Car parking on the street was limited and sometimes difficult to find a space.

The view from our room (37) was fantastic looking over the pool which was very quiet and you could see the beach and sea, it was great for people watching. The balcony was a good size with table and chairs. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. The shower was good and the bed was very comfy.

Ceiling fan tended to buzz, but didn't need it anyway so had it disconnected. A few minor details could be updated as the apartments are quite old, nonetheless very well maintained indeed.

What really bothered me was the noise of chairs scraping along the tiles in the kitchen and on the balcony. You could hear this sound from all the nearby rooms. This problem could very easily be resolved simply by gluing felt pieces under the chair legs. I also sometimes heard unidentified crashing sounds from the room next door which had me shooting up from the couch in shock. Other than these noises though the apartment was quiet.

I loved the huge, well-furnished balcony and magnificent views of the sea, beach, sunset and nearby areas from the top (8th) floor. I also appreciated the well-apppointed, spacious, modern and clean apartment itself and the super comfy bed. Also the pretty, blowy white curtains with effective blackout curtains behind them. I loved that San Agustin is so much quieter than nearby Playa del Inglès yet is still close to everything. I also liked the fact that this was an adults-only place, which meant that the pool area was always very quiet and half empty. Perfect! I really enjoyed the pool too despite its small size.

The balcony was huge and beautiful and the view was absolutely fantastic - the whole Atlantic and a bit of the beach and a little further away the sand dunes of Maspalomas. Large apartment, well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The location was also good, close to the beach and close to the grocery store. Some good restaurants nearby. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. There are many stairs down to the pool and beach. It was ok (even good) for us, but if you have difficulty walking, there will probably be problems.

Great sea view from the balcony, where we often ate our meals. Very close to the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance (some uphill walking). Quiet area with very little noise from other occupants or neighbours. Pleasant and accessible swimming pool. Plenty of storage space for belongings. The large ceiling fan worked well.

The huge balcony with direct ocean views and sun loungers, the sound of the waves, the sub-tropical beautifully maintained gardens, the smiling and kind staff, the generous and accommodating manager, the spotless room and extra comfy beds & pillows. All the facilities were to high standards. Buganvilla apartments made our stay a bliss !! We would definitely return back and recommend to friends and family. Keep it up!
