The sofa was really uncomfortable, just a pull out IKEA sofa bed thing. Otherwise nothing to complain about. No shops withing walking distance, so make sure you have a car

Clean and comfortable apartment with everything included for a great stay near to Denia. Three bedrooms with comfy beds, two bathrooms, good size and well equipped kitchen, balcony with sea views (if you lean out a bit), and a little swimming pool too.

It would be useful to have some shower gel or miniature shampoo/conditioners left as it is often a challenge carrying all the small bottles of liquids needed in hand luggage! More towels would have been useful. We had just one each left for 4 days and that was not enough for showering and swimming every day.

My friend who lives locally picked up the keys on my behalf as we had a very late night arrival. Initially on arrival it was not clear where to use the plastic key card to gain entry to the grounds so I called the 'after hours' number which was answered promptly and she explained we needed to enter by the door for the car park and this got us immediately into the grounds of the apartments. We had no issues after that. The view from the balcony which was off the living/dining room was beautiful and the apartment was spacious and clean.

No lift. The narrow pot holed road to access the complex . Narrow car park spaces.

Spacious, well equipped kitchen, clean and quite modern. Private balcony, quiet location, Off road, secure key access to car parking. Good location as in one block from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. (Les Rotes) Trendy L’Erico bar restaurant walking distance along the water’s edge. Quiet area, Denia city about 10 mins drive .. Marina, Port, Restaurants and shopping.

There is no electric kettle. The key cards didn't work for the pedestrian access gate. The mattress in the double room was a LOT softer than I'm used to. I wish I had remembered to take hand soap, sanitizer spray, dishwasher tablets, a hairdryer and a torch (for the walk back from town).

Friendly and informative key collection at the Denia office. Very nice, well equipped 3rd floor apartment with a sea view. Easy to heat in the evenings. Quiet location. Pleasant, level seafront walk into Denia, about 2.5km. There is also a convenient bus service (every 2 hours in winter). We had a delightful week here.

No lift at the property. Disposal of rubbish is not practical as rubbish containers are not within proximity.

Beware that the bus to city center is going once per two hours in winter. There was no hair dryer

We traveled in winter, and the price for appartment is very attractive! it is clean, large and has almost everything needed for comfort life the place is quiet and nature is beautiful

Some problems in the apartment. Although the rental company tried to resolve this to their best abilities: a leakage and cockroaches spoiled the last days of our stay.

If you like a quiet location with nice views of the Montgo and little rocky sea bays around the corner then this a good option. But it is not near the lively city center of Denia.

the road leading into it it was a rough lane with pot holes. two keen cyclist had more punctures in that week than any time .apartment living can be noisy first few nights were good but the weekend some guest arrived. kids running around until midnight one night and another one coming in at 1 30 not bothering to keep the noise down with the swimming pool outside and the beach just down the road. would have liked to have come back in the summer. but don’t think we will now

Internet didn't work for first couple of days, then when it did, not in the main bedroom. Hot water in only 1 bathroom, and a cockroach climbed in through the plughole in the bath on the first night. Noisy neighbours on first weekend! No kettle Because of time of year, very dark in that ground floor North side of the building.

The state of the local roads to get to the apartment was poor. We had a building site at the front of the apartment. The seashore was rocky, good for snorkelling but difficult for poor swimmers. There were few amenities around, restaurants were few and far between. No supermarket nearby. The apartment was good but there was no plug in the kitchen sink and the bathrooms were flooded when you had a shower. Denia itself was not a great holiday spot but it was spoilt by poor weather.

Picking up the keys was not a problem for us as we had a car. If no car you would have to take a taxi to the apartment as it was approx 3 miles from the office. Office staff wanted us out by 09.30, we negotiated a 10.00 am completion as thought 09.30 was too early. The apartment was clean and spacious close to the sea approx 100m.

hello. I do not recommend it for a longer stay. The kitchen is not functional, the oven sucks, you can't even call whatsapp because the Wifi signal is so weak that the tragedy of the website opens a few minutes. I do not recommend it.
