Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely amazing apartment in fantastic location and neighborhood. Hosts were above and beyond fantastic and it truly is seen in the property cleanliness and amenities. The mini private courtyard was amazing and wish the weather was a bit warmer when we stayed so we could enjoy it more. There was fresh fruit and snacks left for us in the kitchen and the hosts invited us for a coffee at their restaurant La Buena Guarda when we arrived which was lovely and delicious. We also ended up eating breakfast at their restaurant one morning and it was a highlight of the trip for sure!

United StatesThe kitchen smelled musty and the layout of the apartment didn’t allow much natural light in. The biggest problem were the upstairs neighbors who paced around their apartment in heels for most of the night.
The property was easy to find and it felt safe. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a great location for walking around the city center and Nacho had many great recommendations for restaurants and attractions.

United StatesThe apartment is located in the back of the building so is quiet, but the only windows are out to the small patio, so there is not much natural light
Location is great in Las Letras with easy walking distance to the Prado, Reina Sofia, many great bars and restaurants. Comfortable, quiet and clean apartment that had everything we needed for our short stay. Nicely decorated with many conveniences (thank you for the water and wine and the fresh flowers!!) The owner nicely met us at the door when we arrived late at night in the pouring rain!

It was great value for money especially as we were a family of 4, the location is brilliant, all of the main sites (except football stadiums) were within 10-15 minute walks, great selection of restaurants & bars locally. The apartment is very peaceful and excellent to relax in after a full day of walking.

The apartment was very traditional Spanish and homely, bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, lounge was fabulous and was superbly furnished, there was a lovely small courtyard with wonderful plants, shower was very powerful and the bathroom was very clean as was the whole apartment. we would highly recommend this apartment and will stay here on our next visit, the hosts have a cafe just a few doors away, we had breakfast which was fantastic, also a cake shop next door with the best cakes.

United StatesThere’s only one A/C unit in the living room which does cool off the master room somewhat since it has an open window up top but the other bedroom just has a fan but we were ok at night.
The apartment was clean and very nice. Ignacio was a wonderful host and had the kitchen stocked with many goodies which was such a nice touch that I rarely see. Quiet street but walking distance to a lot of things.
