The apartment itself is very small and there is some noise from the street below, so bring earplugs.

The bldg and apt a bit worn but overall ok. I had to call twice to get WiFi code. Office wanted to email it to me. No WiFi;no email! Incorrect code posted in apartment (and they knew it).

The windows in the property were internal facing so couldn't really have curtains open as people walking past could see into the room. Would have liked more privacy.

The location was superb, walked straight out the door to wander down the main street. But it was quiet at night so didn't disturb our sleep. The room was bigger than I thought it would be so that was a bonus.

Bathroom had mildew in the shower, toilet would not flush correctly, shower head loose, cold and warm water hard to adjust, bare bones kitchen ware and utensils. No sound insulation.

The communication about how to park at allocated parking could be better we had already parked up and walked to accommodation before finding parking information in the room. As we had found free parking anyway we didnt move car and did not use the parking card provided.

No working wifi

Great location to main piazza in old city. Was lovely and clean, but couch could do we being replaced. The apartment had no kettle, you have to boil a pot to make tea or coffee. Wifi was extremely unreliable and when working was to slow They have a wifi details on back of bedroom door, this one is definitely not working and you have to ask for another one. This would be a deal breaker for a lot of travellers and for the price of apartments it should be a lot better. Had a washer in bathroom. The main area space could be better utilised by getting rid of massive wardrobe and maybe setting bed up different. Parking was close by which was a bonus. Also property had a lift to all floors

It was a good location. There had been a "technical problem" with the loft apartment we had booked and this was an upgrade at no extra cost. So we had a lot more space than we had been expecting. There was a slight delay after we arrived before we could get into the apartment, but the lady who greeted us was friendly and spoke excellent English. It was well equipped

Great location, quiet street of a square with huge trees. Very close to main shopping streets. Very friendly and efficient host met me at the property. Nice apartment with all you could need including kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Could easily spend a week or two there.
