Minor issue - sink tap sprayed water everywhere - washer needs replacing!

Excellent value hotel in central Barcelona and also 20 min walk to beach. Hilario was super helpful and friendly on arrival

It does it's job.

Great location, right in the Gothic quarter. Very basic but clean and tidy. You get what you pay for. No reception but we were met exactly on time outside. I'm not sure it's a hotel as such, more like rooms, but walk out the front door and it's all there.

Bathroom had lots of mould, rich smell off bleach and the fan hardly did anything. Pillows are so High and hard on the bed. Having a kettle would be great

Hallways are dark at night trying to climb the stairs I kept tripping. I could’ve waited for the elevator though.

Best location. While the room is small if you have a balcony it gives an openness to it that really makes it worthwhile. I’d stay again (with the balcony room) everything you need is outside the property

A little noisy at night - people speaking loudly and someone had their TV playing late.

Clean and comfortable rooms. One room had a nice balcony looking out onto the street.

Very… very central, you step out the door and the Duomo is right there next to you. The hotel is what looks like a traditional city apartment residence that has been divided up into separate rooms. I imagine the whole floor of the building was probably the home of a family. Some of the decor looks like it’s from the original apartment (a beautiful dresser in the hallway looks amazing) The room is perhaps a little dated by the standards of the more modern designer hotel chains, but it does the job. It has a comfortable bed a place to wash and if you spend the day out and about in Florence it doesn’t really matter.

Everything was as expected. If the room is only necessary for sleep this is a place for you. Clean sheets and tv.

Dark tiny room. Practically no natural light. Showers should definitely be redone. I wouldn't recommend this property, maybe only for one night, but for longer it wouldn't help to enjoy Barcelona

Visible stains and hair on bathroom floor. Shower door leaked water onto floor. Visible rust in bathroom ceiling, slight water damage to bathroom door frame. Walls of main room not very clean. Small single bed. Overall could use a deep clean and fresh coat of paint.

Fantastic location. Reasonable price. Helpful communicative employees. Nice balcony/terrace. In spite of critiques I would stay again and its good value.

No reception, just met by a staff member to check in, given a half hour slot which can lead to waiting if there's queues at the airport, on the metro etc

Ideal location for the gothic quarter/la rambla. Good communication, safe in the room, overall excellent value for money. Bars/restaurants right next door or at either end of the street are very good also

The location is great. It is just a few blocks away from the catheral and it is a easy walk to the main downtown attractions.

The location is perfect, AC works great. Don't expect a 4 stars hotel but it had all we needed. The shower was clean and the main building was too. The area is nice but tend to be a little scary if you are walking by yourself very late at night but that's just Barcelona and not the Hotel.

The check in is supposed to be at 12 p.m., but I had to wait for 2 hours more because it was needed to fix smth in the room. At the check out I asked to let me stay 2 hours more in my room , but the reception guy was rude when talking to me and refused to do me a favour.

The location of the hotel is the main advantage of it.
