We arrived in high temperatures to find the area of our hotel had no air conditioning they could not repair or move us so the first night was not good for sleeping. There seemed to be some confusion the following day but it was repaired by the evening. We thought some sort of compensation could have been offered or stand alone fans!

We could hear the water flowing when someone took a shower or flushed. This was quite loud and not so nice.

The staff not very friendly. The water in the fridge costs 2 euro, not mentioned anywhere. They just charge you at the end.

Parking is too expensive at 20 euros per day. Missing facilities such as swimming pool and spa.

Newly renovated with fabulous looks and feels. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern furniture. The location is super wonderful in the heart of the city. Reception staff were nice and helpful.

I had an excellent stay! The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The service was impeccable, with the entire staff being very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and common areas was outstanding, which made a big difference in our experience. I definitely recommend this place and will return on my next opportunity!

Bed was big but not ultra confortable (we could feel the separation in the middle of the 2 mattresses) We were probably lucky to get a double bed because, strangely, even if you book in advance you are not sure to have a double bed if you’re 2. We found some hair in the bathtub and on the floor near the bed and the bathroom Very disappointed by the breakfast : We were expected either a real english/american breakfast (the hotel is called America) or a typical Andalusian. There were no pancakes, and some products (e.g. tomato beans, mushrooms) were probably from cans… not tasty at all. Also, for a Hotel called America, it would be notable to have the housekeepers to speak a little bit in English ;)

Monotonous and small buffet at breakfast. Every day we had only tomatoes from the salad. Bring on the salads! It was tasty, but if you stay longer, you would really have a problem because you get bored quickly. I am visiting Spain 5th time and this was the best hotel with the worst breakfast buffet. Sorry.
