The view and sunset was amazing. I could sit there for hours and listen to the waves. Was so beautiful. The room divider was a nice touch. We traveled with two teenagers and my son opted to sleep in the sofa nook. The room divider gave him some privacy. We rented chaises and an umbrella at the neighboring hotel which was very convenient. We traveled from US so didn't bring any beach chairs, etc. Was nice to have the nearby parking garage also. We had a great stay!

Unbelievable. spaciuos, well equipped appartment, perfect kitchen, washing machine, everything. The best is the large terrace 1st floor, going directly towards the beach, atlantic ocean waves rolling relentlessly. Many shops and restaurants directly nearby. 40 minutes delightful beach stroll to the old town.

The second bedroom does not have air conditioning. If daytime temperatures stay below 30, the room is OK at night. There is also a large sofa bed in the sleeping area off the living room (which is air conditioned) that I ended up using instead. Once the temperatures hit 30+, you would at least need a fan to sleep comfortably in that bedroom. Air con in the rest of the property is excellent.

I won't repeat all the praise that's been written before - only to say it's all true. A spacious, clean apartment with a large terrace and wonderful sea views, in a superb location for beach, eateries, shops, public transport Sofia sent a video a few days in advance to show the location and how to access the building, which made our arrival stress-free (if only all hosts would do this...). The apartment is in quite a large block, directly over a strip of restaurants, so you do get some noise from other apartments and from the bustling nighttime economy. It wasn't a problem for us - it goes with staying in such a fantastic location. However, if you want total peace and quiet, this might not suit you.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was large and right on the seafront. It was close to the bus stop to go into the old part of the city and the buses were regular. The walk along the promenade was right beside the apartment, which was good also. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

due to the size of the balcony then there is a need for 2off sun beds, light enough to take on the short walk to the beach Nespresso or similar coffee maker would add a nice touch & would be what one would expect in an appt like this. A cafetier is not sufficient.

perfect location could not be much better, close to bars, beach excellent great wi fi, lovely lounge & massive balcony, well furnished for dining👍 A lovely 45 min stroll on the beach or promenade into Cadiz old town or take the local bus just 5 minutes walk away, journey 10 min.

Check-in was horrible. The hours for check-in indicated in Booking are incorrect. Sofia was changing time of meeting us. Instead of 7 pm (we arrived at 6:30 pm) we finally were let in the apartment at 7:45 pm. We did not get clear instructions where to wait and had to wait outside on the plaza during the storm. On the first look, the apartment is nice and clean. But then you see dust on all the small things - lamps, electric sockets etc. All the switches, buttons, remotes are dirty and sticky - disgusting. The rails on the glass door in the bathroom are dirty and moldy. Looks like never cleaned and scrubbed. Hand soap and shower gel are in regular size communal bottles, which were broken and dirty. We went out and bought our own. The beds are average, but bed linens are old and not looking white and clean. Very unpleasant. The bedspreads were not washed in a long time. One of them was taken for a wash (instead of both) and we never received it back. The comforters looked and felt especially dirty, so I tried to carefully put a flat sheet between the comforter and my body. But had to use the comforter anyway. The washer is available, but the push button is dirty. Plan doing your laundry ahead of time, since you will dry it outside. So if it is rainy - you are out of luck. The drying rack on the terrace is so broken an rusty, that is unusable. There are fruit flies in the kitchen. The sponges and dish cloths are old and yucky. A lot of old cleaning cloths under sinks. A lot of stuff in the closets. Drawers and doors in wood furniture are broken. I would not allow guests to see my apartment in such condition. I would be embarrassed.

The location is great. Right on the beach and the promenade. Easy to get to the city center. Underground garage is nearby. Cadiz is a great city to spend a week.

Services. Heating did not work in one room for the duration of our stay. Wifi password was wrong. Hot water did not work until we have to find out how to operate it by our self. There was a strong bad smell associated with one room that would not go away and also clung to our clothes even after we left the property.
