The pool area is stunning, facilities i.e. sauna ,steam room too when they are on, Reception staff were friendly and tried to sort out any problems we had in a timely manner. Steam room was not always on and when they did turn it on for us, we had to wait too long for it to become hot enough, hairdryer we had smoke coming out first time we tried to use it,safe was not working,water was coming out of the shower base constantly while having shower and the door stopper is located right in front of WC so mind your feet,food was dreadful to say the least,I avoided even breakfast during our 4 nights stay,but the dinner on our first night was even worse,l something to forget,when we ordered drinks in the pool ,area was very busy and a clearly frustrated waiter forgot our drinks, we waited an hour before even attempting to ask were our drinks were and at that point the waiter responded to my friend in a rude way she was not happy at all, to me being in his position many times when I was younger doing summer season I understood his frustration,the hotel is keeping stuff to the min. and obviously that reflect on customer service ,I really felt sorry for him,would I go back there ? Yes,but won't definitely eat there, unfortunately in this area not many restaurants were open at this time of the year at least the a Chinese Restaurant nearby saved us

United States of AmericaWish there would have been a bit more variety in the food and beverage options, particularly in the non-alcoholic drink department (more than one mocktail option would have been great). Depending on room location you may end up with noise pollution from an adjacent bar, but it was fine most nights.
Loved the hotel pool, beautiful rooms (we had an ocean view from the balcony corner which was gorgeous!), and close proximity to the beach! Everything feels very clean, relaxing, and calming. Staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Various fun events onsite such as trivia and evening music.

United KingdomFood in this hotel is not good and if food is of high importance we cannot recommend. Salads which I usually enjoy on holiday are limited with only cheap ingredients ie lettuce, tomatoes, carrot, sweetcorn, some mixed pasta but rarely prawns, salmon, avocado. Hot dishes again were fewer than other hotels we have been to of this level. Basic and lacking flavour and not great to put together, in general disjointed. If you like chips and pizza it's a thumbs up. Deserts fairly standard for spanish hotels. although cheese was not good quality and a good manchego and blue cheese would have been much appreciated together with grapes. Breakfast was better and freshly made omelettes were a nice addition. We had good communication with the hotel guest experience manager, Jasmin, who was charming and very helpful and after various complaints and discussions things did improve, however we were only there for 4 days and if it had been more we would have had to eat out regularly as just not good enough as far as we were concerned.
The staff are definitiely this hotel's best asset. Nearly all staff from reception to restaurant to bar were very friendly and smiley and did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. No shortage of places to sit in all areas. We had a seaview suite and loved the sunbeds on the balcony. Beds very comfortable

United KingdomOn our last day we were abruptly woken at 8am by our door slamming shut. We firstly thought we had been burgled. We checked to see if we still had all our cash, cards etc. Then realised it must have been the cleaner entering without knocking. At roughly 9.30am we were again rudely woken to find the same thing happening again. No knocking, just our door being slammed open and shut. When we returned from breakfast and were packing our bags to vacate the room, again the cleaner entered our room without knocking. This time we saw her and she apologised and left. This is totally unacceptable and breach of our primacy. We had paid for the room until noon and no-one should enter the room until that time. The reception manager Jasmine did apologise profusely and offer us a free lunch in the buffet restaurant. Which was a nice gesture. The fact still remains, that we felt so violated and thought someone had been into our room and had stolen our belongings, while we were asleep. We woke up and had absolutely no idea what was going on, except hearing our door slam shut behind someone (being in a pits black room!) Not a nice way to wake up when you are on holiday. Maybe the cleaners are working too hard and can't get through the workload, with the little time they have for each room...I don't know! But a system must be put in place 🤔
The hotel is great overall. The swimming pool area is exceptionally good, with lots of sun loungers to cater for all the guests. Pool bar and staff were great too. Excellent music by the pool with DJ. Breakfast was OK, decent selection, but not the best I have had. Could be extended to 11am rather than only 10.30am.

United Kingdom- The open plan bathroom was a massive no for us and would put us off staying again. There is no privacy and you can hear everything. - hundreds of wasps at the outside bar - evening entertainment was so disappointing, we would just start enjoying it and it would be over after 60 minutes. It should be on until at least midnight as you would make a lot more money that - from 11pm all inclusive has to pay for drinks

PolandSome points for improvements: 1. All Inclusive drinks in Kentya pool bar- apart the colour there is no difference between them in taste and they are far from original taste of so named drinks. Staff is working hardly in pool and are very polite, while due to quality of substitute alcohols used, final results is for me unacceptable. 2. Animation- two thinks. Those subcontracted externally- interesting and nice (live music, acrobatics etc). Those offer internally by hotel hired person (a lot of hair frisoure men)- big mistake. Apart start a music playlist and give (sometimes) ball into pool- he did absoluely nothing. In my opinion- waste money by hotel management. 3. Music on pool- 90% is good for clubbing- same looped sounds. This hotel is dedicated for adults only, mainly guests are from UK, Germany, ave age 45+ with range 28-65+. So- club music is not the best for those group of people, is only the easiest to play by animator. My proposal- more latino, more UK music expected by target guests group. 4. Nubium restaurant- one dinner a'la carte is offered per all inclusive stay - it is nice. Dishes are well prepared, while due to waiter's mistake we had to finish dinner before dessert. Problem is not a small desert, but destroy of nice atmosphere, what was expected- point for improvement. In so good hotel expecations are also high. 5. A really very wide and good offer of meals as I pointed above- for me- only (maybe not) for me- please consider to add white quark cheese :-).
We've spent 11 days in this hotel and we are frequent travellers (6-10 hotel stays / Year). Surely my evaluation is subjective, because is mine, while almost 30 Years I am working in Quality, so feedback is a gift, - can help hotel staff and other quests. Location- perfect. Direct close to promenade, beach, buss/taxi station. Waterpools- very nice and different, with daily control of water quality , clean etc. Number of sunbeds- not so bad, but some number more would be helpfull. Good approach is that when lifeguard finish his work at 06:00p.m. pool can be reasonably used for some time more. Rooms comfortable and extremely clean. A bit salted water used in showers. Small fridge and efficient AC. Each meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)- well prepared, many options, additional proposals each few days- appreciated. Mrs Rose- well manage even tough situations- respect! Small general remarks- see below. Reception- very helpfull- good approach- they go personally to check what is going on.

United KingdomOur room had a leak from the air conditioning. The shower was broken so would leak water all over the room. Not a huge choice for breakfast, was nice what was there but not masses. The carpet up the stairs and the first floor really need updating
Pool area was great, room and balcony size both very good. Good location walking distance to restaurants and bars and the beach. Breakfast was good especially the omelette station as I like to have the option of fresh food. Friendly staff. Check in and check out very quick and easy
