Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomStreet being very very narrow is unusual at the start but that is the nature of some Cordoba streets. Also keeps the heat levels down in Summer so by design.
The value for the price is excellent. Host Ramon answered very very quickly. It is as per the pictures no fish eye lens camera tricks. Seems to be recently refurbished. It is in a perfect location. The street is very very narrow but the privacy is fine. Noise levels good, a slight bit of street noise on Saturday but in general excellent. Even though an apartment no noise from neighbours. Central heating was useful in our and even a heater in the bathroom. The shower is not huge but for an apartment in Spain larger than the ones we have become accustomed to in Hotels and AirBNB. Ramon's recommendations included Places to see, walks, restaurants, typical local meals - all very useful. Yes there is YouTube but it shows the level of care and attention these people put into your stay. Nice!

Very good location in in the heart of the very quaint Jewish quarter of the city. Only a few minutes walk of several very good restaurants and about 5 minutes walk from the Mosque/Cathedral. Although there was no onsite parking there was a very conveniently located car park about 5 minutes walk away which was arranged for us very efficiently by Ramòn, our host.

A great central location, close to attractions and good restaurants and grocery stores for cooking. A lovely, friendly, helpful host Ramón who greeted us in person and took great care to make sure we could enjoy the best of Cordoba, even booking a taxi for us when we left. Good security, elevator to all floors, and complimentary luggage lockers provided after checkout if needed. Coffee for the coffee maker, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper all provided.

This studio unit was great, good location to walk to the main sites, very clean and well maintained, secure and quiet. Small kitchen but enough things to prepare a simple meal, washing machine, big fluffy towels and supplies of toiletries, coffee pods, laundry powder etc. Very near the Mezquita. Host met us to check everything was fine and he provided maps and tips on what to do, he was very helpful. Got fresh towels after 2 days.
