Very very good location, best breakfast

An unpleasant surprise for me and my partner was the fact that they don't have a mini fridge in the hotel room, but they gave you the option to rent it for 80 euro for 11 nights (odd hotel feature if you ask me). I guess this was the only issue regarding this accommodation.

The breakfast was ok, tasty, many options and the fact that the buffet was open from 8 am to 1 pm was the best part of it. The buffet employees were hardworking and handled very well the crowd that swarmed non-stop around the buffet. The location was very convenient, only 5 min from the beach (Playa de Palma beaches are amazing). We even had a nive view from our balcony.....we could the a little bit the water.

the design of the rooms was a little weird and walls were thin so very noisy

No refrigerator in the room is very uncomfortable with temperatures outside around 32° The sliding doors on all the balconies make a very high squeaking noice.. this should be fixed No double bed The older aged employees at the reception are not so friendly and/or have no idea what they are doing. A lot of frustrated people in the lobby every day because of this

Breakfast/lunch untill 13.30 with good and tasty fruits, the rest was a typical 3 star breakfast. Bathroom has a good comfortable shower. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The young employees working at the reception are very friendly and do their best.

When we arrived to the room, were some hairs on the bed. My bf pillow was dirty. The towels and bed sheets were laundered, but they had stains.

The cooked breakfast was cold and not very well stocked. The rest of the food was nice and luckily there was a good selection

I liked that there were 2 pools. The beds in our room were comfortable, but were 2 singles pushed together when i had booked a double. Rooms could do with bed side lamps as it was all or nothing. Very bright with the main lights on. Rooms had a good hairdryer. The location was good

Unfortunately the walls seemed to be thin and we could hear our neighbours talking, walking in the corridor etc. which were a little disturbing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the brunch option, the food was amazing and there were many options to choose from.

Check In took very long as we where a group of 10 People and the Check In PC is not very intuitive. Check in has to be carried out by your own! Reception is only teaching you how to do or assits in Problems

Our room was quite noisy as there is a football field right in front of the hotel where kids were playing every day. The check-in process was a bit longer than usual, but it wasn't anything too bad.

Staff was very helpful and lovely. The design of the hotel is very creative, the hall has several comfy seating areas, there are 3 outdoor pools and a gym, as well as washing machines which is a plus. Breakfast is served until 1.30pm and it includes cooked food (on our last day they served pizza and they also had burgers and fries every day). The hotel and the room were clean. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel with loads of restaurants, shops, and clubbing options. It's also easily accessible by bus from the airport (although the bus only runs every 30 mins so it's good to check the timetables upfront to avoid waiting too long at the bus stop).

The check in might take a while especially if many clients arrive at the same time, but -when the booking is confirmed-the hotel sends the link to do the check in on line which I strongly recommend.

I strongly recommend this hotel that is even nicer in person than on the website. It has been recently renovated so all the furniture and amenities are new. The entrance is fresh and welcoming. Super clean the room and the common areas. Very well located, next to the bus stop to go to Palma and to the airport. The breakfast is copious, it starts at 8h and goes until 13h! The staff is very friendly, we had the pleasure to meet Sandra the hotel’s director, who went above and beyond to satisfy our requests with warmth and professionalism. We felt at home since the day 1, such a great experience. We will come back soon.
