You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe hotel is definitely not a Marriott. Booked because it had the word Marriott in its name. Great disappointment. Air conditioner did not work first night. I was given some illogical reason why its not working. Issue was fixed, then the dials won't work until an engineer sorted it out the next day. Don't they run regular maintenance on facilities in the rooms? Not a single channel of English on the TV. Why? Maybe because UK left the EU. Bathroom needs ventilation. You wash and can't see anything in the bathroom. Overall, I think the hotel should be 2/3 star

We arrived late after a long drive from Bilbao. Reception lady was superb- booked us in straight away- rang restaurant to book us but it was full- rang a round and got another restaurant which was very good. Room lovely- with superb views of the old city by night. Breakfast- self service but plenty choice and very good. Parking is good. Location is walking distance to old town. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Spainthe A/C was turn off at night and it was impossible to sleep because it was too hot, they didn’t care, I would never stay again. it’s not summer but it’s pretty close, so it was really need it. And there was a weird smell at the restroom, not nice at all.

United KingdomI arrived having been on the road for 34 hours so I wanted a nice 4* hotel experience. I asked where the restaurant was located to be informed that it was closed. The local restaurants were also closed at is was a public holiday. The bar was also closed, so the receptionist could only offer me items from the mini bar. I was not happy! The solution was to order a take away pizza to be delivered to the hotel. I DO NOT expect to pay for a night in a 4* hotel to learn at 8pm at night that they have closed the restaurant and bar! Secondly, the outside temperature was approximately 22 degrees. The air conditioning was blowing out hot air. when I complained, I was told that they hotel had no control over the heating and agreed it was too hot. The bedsheet were worn, old and had baubles. An incredibly disappointing experience. Needless to say, I have cancelled the second booking I had in another AC Marriott hotel and will take my custom elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

Portugalthe property upkeep was poor. On our first day there was used tissues lying around in the corridor forever. Our towels were a bit weird smelling. Breakfast was too basic and not value for money at all. The restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday and after a long day of driving and sightseeing, we couldn’t get dinner. With the location being remote, not possible to go anywhere after a long day. on the one day the restaurant was open, the serving staff stood there talking loudly with a couple of guests for a long time….noisy and disturbing where we couldn’t even enjoy a quiet drink.

Great breakfast. We loved the view from terrace. Hotel is a bit old, but well preserved and keeps the style of the city. Location is outside the city but best if you are traveling by car since you avoid all restrictions and problems inside the city. Bonus free parking. Also you can walk to the city in 20/25 minutes, enjoying the great views, or you can take a bus right in front of the hotel.

The location is excellent overlooking the fabulous old city of Toledo and for us the perfect distance to walk into the centre. For those a little less able there is a bus stop directly outside and taxis are reasonable. The staff were amazing and the food lovely. If we ever go back we would stay in exactly the same spot and recomment to anyone (we paid a little extra for a terrace and it was worth every penny - breathtaking).

United StatesThere was no dinner served on the premises and due to Covid restrictions our Monday night stay left us tired and hungry, as there were no close restaurants open. This was not the fault of the AC Hotel, we just chose to go to bed to sleep off our jet lag.
The view from our window of was amazing! At night, Toledo was beautiful. The streets were narrow and to drive them was harrowing given our lack of sleep, but the AC Hotel was a haven of comfort and charm! Both the evening and morning concierges spoke English, a HUGE help, given our limited Spanish fluency.
