The room was no clean, we found hairs in the bathroom, stains on the bedsheets, floor was very dirty.

The hotel is close to the airport and many restaurants.

Hotel staff is not friendly.

Enrique at the front desk was so amazing! He definitely made the hotel a lot better to want to stay at! The young lady who checked us in was not friendly or polite. The property was very close to the bus stop and easy to get around from. I understand why people would say it’s a sketchy location but we definitely felt safe there and had no issues. The king room is smaller than the room with two twin beds. The king room reminded me of being on a carnival cruise.

The towels had big stains (although it’s washed it didn’t go away) so they should have changed the towels with the new ones.. The iron board that i asked also had stains

I asked for a quiet room they arrange a different room from the original allocation. It was right next door to the cleaning and bed linen room, must be an elevator in there too, very noisy most of the night and for €198. Stay away from room 112, a/c didn’t work room too warm for me!!

We had only 1 light in the whole room (none in the bathroom at all). We reported it, but they didn’t do anything about it. They didn’t fix it or offer us another room. We had to shower and brush our teeth by my cell phone light. Couldn’t wear makeup because in the bathroom was the only mirror and my cell phone light wasn’t good enough to see for putting on makeup. The shower head did not work properly. We managed to make it work, but definitely was less than desirable. Not convenient at all.

It was close to the Metro and close to a grocery store and pastelería (although the pastelería was not so good).

They forgot towells and they did not clean the room but make up the snacks at the frigobar. Breakfast 18 euros and you have to pay extra for an omelette.

The walls felt paper thin, we could hear our neighbours quite clearly at all hours of the day and night. For that reason alone I wouldn't book this hotel for more than a night or two.

Decent stay that met expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations, it was an easily accessible location for site seeing. For a one night stay we were comfortable.

There is NO safe in the room. The AC was terrible. I asked the staff about the safe and they offered a different alternative, which I thought was not practical for me. All I need is a safe place to leave my passport and not have to follow protocols to retrieve it. The AC was in the room was faulty; I complained about it and was given the runaround for 4 days. Finally a technician came to the room. Said there was a problem and fixed it. So the room went from 'luke warm' to luke cool'. 79 is the coldest it got. The shower fixture is very tricky, the hotel knows it and they do nothing to help (told to me by the technician). To switch from hand held to overhead you need to be told how to do it and then you need Herculean strength to make the switch. The little knob needs to be turned clockwise and inward; it is polished slick. Very difficult. If it was knurled, it would help.

The size of the room was very ample; the location was good, central, yet not busy and loud. The staff was very polite, attentive and eager to help. There are multiple businesses in the area that we used (laundromat, restaurants, breakfast cafes, etc).

A/C noisy, was not cool enough, maid kept forgetting to put certain items in the room after cleaning. One day my room was not cleaned until after 4pm, when I questioned why, even though I left the room at 10am, came back at 4 and room was still not cleaned.

The acoustics in the hotel, you could hear everything that is going on in the corridor, in the next room and outside the window. Breakfast was bad, no salads, only tomatoes from vegetables. Small selection of cakes, tasteless and dry. Wi-Fi very slow.

I made a booking and paid for a for a deluxe room, but was given a standard room without any message or refund. Additionally the sheets where dirty and where not changed, even after asking at the reception.
