great location close to metro, especially if there for football as we were. 3 day metro pass including from airport only €18 second visit to this hotel as we found it so convenient, comfortable and great value.

To be fair we really only stayed there for a bed so we cannot say that anything was bad at all. So no complaints really.

It was a really comfortable room with a comfortable bed. It was close to local shops meaning that we could get food for the stay. Staff were really helpful.

Everything was of great value except the view out of the window - looking at the wall of the building right next to it, and gym - too small. The room, bed and roomservice was excellent.

Not so much a problem but the television only shows Spanish channels and no option to change to English.

I absolutely like the room, how modern it looks. The hotel location was amazing, closer to main city tourist spots and Metro stations. Definitely going to recommend this hotel!

Just the fact that it is located out of the way of the main action.

It is a proper hotel with housekeeping service - a refreshing change for us since we have only stayed in non-service apartments for our entire Spain trip. We love the simple buffet breakfast included in our room rates - we are small eaters and too many options would drive us crazy, so the spread was perfect for us. We love the smell of the air freshener at the lobby..!

Expensive breakfast, beds were too soft. The soundproofing is very bad, you can hear almost everything through the walls. Transparent /glass bathroom door.

the lack of thin curtains made it impossible to feel comfortable, especially that rooms were facing other very close high buildings; no privacy, except if choose to completely close the thick curtains

There was no bin in the bedroom, only in the bathroom - meant had to keep going to bathroom to throw rubbish away, which isn’t great. Also it’s not advisable to put food in a bathroom bin, so I had to create my own bin.

The hotel was stunning! Very modern and well decorated, had a lovely scent at the reception (I think they have an internal room fragrance). The bed was super comfortable, shower was great. There was a fridge which had lots of space to put small water bottles and other items (wasn’t pre filled with snacks etc, like in other hotels). The hotel is also right next to a Lidl grocery store, which was super convenient - we bought water, snacks, toiletries etc from here. I’m a very picky person, I like my hotels to be clean and modern - the hotel met my expectation.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, the room was very clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and come back again. It is 20 min with the bus to the city center and the bus stays in front of the hotel 3 min walking. It has Lidl and a very nice bakery café just 2 min from the hotel, and we enjoyed eating there. The hotel is quiet, and you can really sleep well.
