Nothing but we didn’t stay there by choice. We had to stay in Alicante for two nights as our flight was cancelled so the location wasn’t our choice

The AC units in the rooms were rather noisy and there's no option to select only the de-humidifier, just plain AC.

Nice hotel a bit far away from the city center. Delicious breakfast with a plenty of options to choose. The swimming pool on the rooftop is rather small but can give comfort in the heath of Alicante.

Rude cleaner , asked for extra teabags as not coffee drinkers which she wouldn’t allow and watched as if we were going to steal something off her trolley. However all other hotel staff were lovely.

Overall good service most people were friendly and cooperative but few looking bit glum.Massive crane outside our window. The steam room was Luke warm and jacuzzi quite smelly

Pool was nice, I would recommend some more seating and for tanning purposes different chairs that decline all the way. But what bugged me the most; there was no vibe, we stayed for one drink. To consider; the location is a bit out of the way from everything, it's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach

All facilities were great. Small gym but does the work, jacuzzi and sauna were nice. The room/bathroom is very nice.

A little disappointed with the size of the rooftop pool.

Nothing that the hotel can alter. I am anticipating hip replacement surgery on 29/8 and walking is painful, so the hotel location was not not my preferred choice. However, we shall return once I am healed and I will be able to walk more comfortably.

The staff were exceptional. They were all friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. And Housekeeping also absolutely spot on. A team that you should be proud of.

The cleanliness of the pool area was bad. Hair everywhere, the water kind of heats up during the day and you can see a layer of sunscreen and oil in the water. Very small pool too. The rooms were nice, how ever there is a small space under the door so you can hear absolutely everything from the hallway. Expect to wake up multiple times during the night cause of guests arriving late, doors that are slamming, people talking, screaming kids in the hallway etc. Clean rooms but they don’t really change the sheets, had the same stain on the sheet the entire stay. And bring your own luggage scale, this is probably the only 4 star hotel in the world that doesn’t have one! Breakfast is horrible, don’t waste your money and go to a local Starbucks or cafe (5-10 min walk)

The location was good, the rooftop pool was nice and overall a nice hotel. Loved the fact that there was a 24 hour room service. Clean rooms. Nice bar and restaurant.

The bath was worth the price alone! Huge. Stunning breakfast gorgeous lobby comfy beds (I even slept in a single and I never sleep anywhere!) Room oozed simple luxury.

The roof top pool has no shade, none was provided. Given the increased temperature shade provision should have been optional. Due to the lack of shade, visitors didn’t stay as long poolside as they have on previous years that we visited.

Far enough away from the city not to have too much noise but close enough (10minute walk) to explore & access amazing restaurants.

The rooftop pool is smaller than expected and felt crowded with just a few people. If you have a large car forget about using the carpark, you might not get it back out!

The Hotel is clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast room.
