Everything! Location was perfect, walking distance to town and very quiet. The room was a great size and very clean. The owner and staff are extremely welcoming and helpful.

The room was large and spacious, I had the garden access so it was quiet and on the 2nd floor. Bed was super comfy and the hotel was very central. Enjoyed my stay very much!

As a solo woman traveller I found this a perfect place to stay. The location was ideal - a lovely leafy area where I felt safe wandering out for dinner in the evening, and a 15 min walk to the old town and Turia gardens. I had a lovely junior suite (309) which had a beautiful garden room to relax in. The whole building was full of character, light, airy and cool. Breakfast was perfect - lots of fresh fruit and great coffee. All the staff were friendly, relaxed and attentive.

The stairs…but we had a huge suitcase and I dislike them to begin with. The fella that worked there carried for us tho so it’s all good. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

It was beautiful, clean and safe. Breakfast was delicious! Shops all around of every kind, 15 minute cheap Uber ride to the beach which was lovely.

Not a war stopper but if there was anyway a lift could be installed - bit of a difficult retrofit.

Everything was perfect!

Everything is just perfect. Excellent breakfast, nice staff, clean, lovely bed and bathroom, nice garden. The location is also perfect. The area is close to the main city and easy to walk and bike. Lovely restaurants around for breakfast, lunch and dining. 10/10🩷

Not an issue for me but it's a lot of stairs up to the 5th floor with no elevator (just for info). There's only one toilet and with four or potentially five people sharing, there needs to be good communication for the early morning routine to not cause stress ;-)

Location as a base for visiting many Valencia sights was perfect. Two double and one single bedroom all with their own privacy. Kitchen, dining and lounge area all with enough space for the four adults sharing. Lovely staff with good English (if that's what you need) but also some other languages such as Italian and obviously Spanish. Cold water dispenser in the reception area available 24x7 so you can fill your own bottles up.

The shower was really small. As in hard to turn around small, but all worked well.

Great location and a lovely room filled with light. Plenty of space with the garden room attached to the bedroom and had a fridge and tea making facilities.

The property has a great location in the city centre. We stayed in a nice, spacious and light apartment, with all amenities needed. The staff were very friendly and were so kind to take our suitcases to the fourth floor! We also appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage at the property before check-in and after check-out.
